She was longer than her and the heels under her feet towered her on Hazel.
“There’s no time to remember God. He’s ready to listen anytime.” Hazel told her, her voice coming low, and her manner was polite as always.
“Hm, sharp tongue, I see.” She smirked, earning a confused look from Hazel. Sharp? That was just a fact! And since when politeness became sharp, she wondered but decided not to voice out. The cunning and sharp lady on heels seemed annoyed already.
“I’m Gabriella, Christian’s fiancee. What about you?” She quickly extended her hand, introducing herself as she was desperate to know the name of the girl standing in front of her. Jealousy kicked her butt brutally.
