I took a breath. This hotel felt wrong—every inch of it made my skin crawl. Heart racing, I forced myself to chill. "Let's just go home. There's a million ways to bust cheaters. If we show up and they freak, what if you get hurt? "We can hire pros—cameras, audio, the whole thing. Once we've got the receipts, we blow it up and ruin them for good."

The first thing Stella Judd did after she was reborn was kneel in front of her parents to beg sincerely, "Mom, Dad, if I have to marry into the Chilton family, I want to marry Eric!" Her parents were surprised. "Don't you like Noel, Stella? Don't you remember that Eric is Noel's uncle?" Something flashed across Stella's eyes as she was reminded of a memory. She spoke sadly, "I know what will happen if I continue liking Noel. I can't ever be with him.

"Knock next time." Her hands stilled on her second glove. She studied my face, and I watched her read me and adjust. "You're not still thinking about her." Not a question. An accusation. "That wolfless girl nearly destroyed your reputation. She took your father's money and —" "That's not your concern." The words landed harder than I intended. Celeste's jaw tightened. She opened her mouth again, but my phone rang. Marcus. My Beta. "Alpha." His voice was clipped. "I have an update on the search you ordered. The girl — Stella. We found her last known location."

Stella roared. In a flash, the bodyguards tackled me, forcing me to grovel like a dog at Laurent's feet. Looming above me, he grabbed a bottle of champagne and poured it over my head. Not only did Stella not stop him, but she smashed the empty bottle against my skull. Sharp pain radiated through my entire body, but she wasn't done. Her icy voice echoed in my ears. "We'll get married once you grovel and beg Laurent for forgiveness." She looped her arm through Laurent's and started to walk away.

Stella said, pulling Susan up for a dance. “Yeah…yeah…I woke up in Chris Brown's body ... .somehow this shit turned into freaky Friday!!!” Stella kept screaming.

Stella cried, covering her face. Even when she was crying, she was so beautiful and adorable. She has been in low spirits these days. Until today, before the ball, she had a complete breakdown. Because Charles's gonna be there tonight. I comforted Stella clumsily. "Maybe Charles isn't as scary as they say. He's the Alpha of the first pack..." Stella screamed and shook my hand off before I could finish. "Leave me alone! You're not the one marrying the devil!" I stood still and heard her sob, "If only I were as ordinary as you..."

"Just take this half of the plate and let's go together", "Okay", Stella says as if she didn't notice what he's trying to do.

When he was about to move his hand down further, I pushed him shouting “Get off me.” He gave his arrogant smirk and kept stepping forward. When I was about to run from there, he held me by my waist and pulled me to him. I put my hands on his chest to create space between us both. “H-Harry! No...” “Shhhh.” He put his finger on my lips and kept looking at me without even blinking. I gulped looking at his face which almost looked evil. He leaned on my shoulder saying “You are bewitching me, Stella.”

DAKODA Curious about Stella's evening with Kai, I ask her, "So, how was your time spent with Kai last night?" Hoping for a positive response, I silently wish for her to reveal that they are dating, as she truly deserves someone special in her life. “It was good," Stella replies with a smile. "We went to a movie, then we got a slice of pizza from the food court in the mall. After that, we took a leisurely stroll down to the beach, where we ate and talked about everything and nothing at all."

Where could Vanessa be? Stella was just climbing the stairs to her apartment when she stopped at the next staircase. She looked up and saw the annoying Charles Castigado, looking down at her. "What are you doing here?" she asked, her deadly eyes pierced at him. "Call this courting you," he replied. Stella rolled her eyes and continues to take steps up. When she reached where he is, he noticed the plastic bag. "You know I can buy you first-class--" "They're all the same," she cut him off in a straight face. "They all turn to shit regardless of how expensive your kind of food is. Go away!"
