The person replied. Nina. My oldest and longest client. She calls me every now and then to revise her will. She is a woman in her mid 60’s and had been fighting cancer for 4 years now. She is convinced that she will die and calls me once a month. She was one of my first clients, actually. I know her family and they know me. Nina is an amazing woman. She along with her husband, launched one of the biggest companies in the world. They had nothing when they started out and now, the entire world is at their feet. Beckett Inc. is a multinational company that is worth billions. She is my, well, a big shot client.

He chattered on restlessly “okay calm down honey, we’ll head to the temple after breakfast, so go take a wash and I’ll be done in a few moments.” Genevieve said as she straightened his hair, she then stared at his eyes, instead of it being green like hers or that of any other Hunter they were blue but the shade was so faint it almost looked like white, it looked extremely beautiful and captivating but it was for this very reason several people wanted him dead, he was different from everyone else and they were scared of it.

I shouted and we got on our horses and began to follow them. We still spotted two of these ninjas chasing after a man, the man was also running with his horse. The man was the bartender that served us out drink. "Look, they are chasing after the bartender!" Lydia shouted. "They are two and we are three, we would over power them. Lydia, Tilda take down the ninjas. I would capture the bartender for questioning," I instructed. Immediately Lydia and Tilda caught up with the ninja and they engaged in a grueling battle.

Nina felt that if she had half the mind of having her incarceration to be a peaceful and quiet one, she would have to kowtow to Manang Jeannie, one way or the other. “Hi, Ninang,” Ninang was the monicker everybody inside the ob-lo called Manang Jeannie. “I’m okay. Still adjusting.” “Well, I guess you would have an easier time adjusting inside, since you have been so blessed with such a life of leniency here.” Ninang sarcastically remarked. Four of her minions surrounded Nina. The tattoo of Ninang’s gang inside was the image of a small butterfly with the head of a minx on the small of their body’s backs.

The lights above the ring cast harsh shadows across his body, every muscle defined, every movement precise. His opponent towered over most men. Not over Kane. Not really. The man swung. Wild. Desperate. Kane moved like it was nothing. A shift. A step. Like he had already calculated everything before it happened. Mona's pulse quickened as she watched. This wasn't like anything she had seen before. This wasn't sport. This was control. The man lunged again. Kane slipped past it. And then— Impact. A right hook. Clean.

Mylan jumped and flipped in the air landing on Nix's back. “I told yall Lynn and her grandma are ninja assassins, I ain't lying. Yall seeing the same shit I'm seeing. Ain't no way they be walking on air like them old ninja movies and not be assassins.” Ji'lahni said, as she fired her shot gun shooting an alien between the eyes. Lynn just rolled her eyes at Ji'lahni, she already told her they weren't ninjas or assassins. “Tavie why are you guys back her? You were supposed to be heading to Asia to help my brothers.” Lynn said, looking at Tavie.

Manik exclaimed. “I’ll kick his ass! How dare you destroy this world for something bizarre like that!” Kartika exclaimed pissed off. Alfi holds her and shakes his head. “Join us! The worshipers of Vanilla and NTR Doujinshi, Harasho!” Manik exclaimed rising both of his hands. “All right, let’s kill him.” Alfi said pissed off. “Right!” Kartika and Koji exclaimed. Alfi draws Paw-pang from his bracelet and morphs those eleven pebbles into three stone platforms. Alfi, Kartika, and Koji jump on each of them and come to Manik. Koji unsheathes his sword and strokes it cloaking the blade in flame.

I say as I race to catch up to Brooke. “Bye, Mom! We’ll be back soon!” Cyrene says. “Don’t go too far, Iniko. You’re getting close to your first shift,” she calls out. “We’re just going to the mountain,” I call back. “Go, Kiko, go!” Cyrene says, encouraging me to catch up to Brooke. I love that Cyrene is nine years old and still calls me Kiko. She’s the only one who does. It’s just like she still calls Cal Calgon. No one cares to correct her because she’s Cyrene.
