He plays with sensation until you're a trembling wreck. Edging. Teasing. He wants tears. Wants whimpers. His voice went sharp, wounded, and dramatic all at once. “Oh sure, laugh at the pregnant man like I’m running some kind of circus show! Should I juggle too? Maybe sprout a beard and sell tickets while you’re at it?” I froze mid-laugh, my chest still shaking. His words hit like a knife not because they made sense, but because of the way his voice cracked at the edges. He wasn’t joking. He wasn’t fucking joking.

The pen knife sliced through the corners of his mouth—clean, deep, cruel. He shrieked as blood gushed from his disfigured lips. They were split wide open on both sides, like a grotesque imitation of a joker's smile. The flesh flapped and split, leaving a horrific image—his lips now resembling that of a sick, twisted jester. He moaned in agony, unable to even scream properly. I stood straight, not even blinking. "You dare say such filth to me? Are you trying to say the person is more powerful than me? In my own territory?"

I can’t think about anything but that dead body in the other room. Joker leans down, his breath hot against my ear. “I behaved,” he says with that wild grin plastered on his face, as if that’s supposed to make everything okay. His eyes gleam with pride, like he expects a reward. His grin spreads wider, manic, and I groan, exasperated. “What? I did,” he continues, his voice teasing. He looks at me like he’s done something deserving of praise, like a kid who refrained from smashing his toys for once.

Ash, Decker, and Nat were downright hysterical and I could hear even Blade trying to keep himself from laughing. "I'm not gonna yell at her. I just want to know when they learned to ride." Joker snarled as he glared at me and then at the rest of the group. "Yeah, me too!" Dom and I both said at the same time which set off another round of laughter. Joker continued towards the door with us right behind him. He finally wrenched it open only to be greeted with Petal and Margo rolling in laughter on the floor. Thor, Sunny and Thrash were behind them, cracking up as well.

He shrugged, still wearing his lop-sided smile," That's okay, I love every part of you, no matter how cringe." "Thank you, kind sir." I said in a mocking English accent. He chuckled and then straightened and said in his own English language, "Always a pleasure to make the cringe one feel worthy." I burst into a fit of laughter, "Oh God, that was so bad." He playfully punched my shoulder, "No it wasn't, you're just envious. " "No, it was bad. Really bad." "You're just envious you can't do such a wonderful job at making accents."

Dante stops and acts surprised and we laugh. "What is the joke?" The skull guy, I learned his name is Diego joins us, and I am between two males again. At least they are not trying to kill each other. "Well, she says she finds my tattoos sexy as hell" Dante winks and I gape at him. I didn't fucking say that.

Chill a little bit and live up. I'm just joking." I say and watch as the lady turns to me with fury on her face. "You deserve an endless sea of punches for that, do you know?" she asks, but I shrug. I couldn't care if his head cracked. “That hurt,” he whined as he robbed the spot, but I felt satisfied at my revenge. “You psycho Joker!” I said ready to hit him again when he grabbed my wrist. “Joker is a psycho already so your sentence is redundant. It's just like saying ‘you black charcoal'” he said and continued laughing. “What are you so insufferable?” I couldn't help but ask, “I feel like pulling my hair out just talking to you. Who knew you had this side of you too?”
