Conflicted

I mean, he threw Rosy over a loving LOOK. I am still shocked by how easily he just threw someone. It was as if Rosy weighed nothing to him. My fingers tenderly touch the bump on the back of Rosy's head. From what I have learned, it is good when a head injury goes outwards, and it is bad when a head injury goes inwards. So maybe she will be okay. Please be okay. GUNNAR POV

I was worried I was not going to like the book and while a lot of the beginning was cringy lol, I pushed through and glad I did! It was a captivating read even with the auctions and shitty people but as the story progressed, I couldn't put the book down! I'd happily read more of the authors stories.

Soo good! I fell in love with the characters and couldn't put it down! <3 I loved the way the characters had evolved from the first time you meet them to the end. Also, one of the characters, her name is Hilda, reminded me so much of Aveline from Dragon Age 2. *cough*Hilda needs her own book*cough*

Crossing the line

“Croissants. From the place that pretends they’re from Paris.” “Bless you,” I muttered, taking one. Lila perched on the arm of the couch, crossing one leg over the other. “So… I woke up to your face all over my feed again. It’s giving ‘star-crossed scandal sequel.’” I groaned. “Please don’t start.” She grinned. “Relax. I’m not judging. I’m just saying — the man looked like a walking heartbreak out there. You could feel the tension through the photos.”
