"That bitch better not try and flirt with my man through! If I don't slap and tell her off, then I know Aiden will in my stead." She smiles up at her mate and he makes a face agreeing with her. "You know it." Aiden shudders. "Someone like her makes me sick. Besides, you'll make every she-wolf pale in comparison." I couldn't agree more but I don't say it out loud.

It feels alive.” “It does,” I agreed. “There is always something to see.” We walked slowly, stopping to check fabrics in one stall and jars of honey in another. Daisy picked up a jar and asked the seller, “Is this really from wild bees?” The woman laughed. “Yes, little one, my husband climbs trees for them. He has scars to prove it.” Daisy laughed and set it back down. I was enjoying watching her excitement.

The straps fell away as the laces came undone, the dress slipping down daisy’s body and pooling around her waist. But with the patience of a goddamn saint, Johnson kept his eyes trained on hers as he lifted it over her head, as he smoothed her mussed-up hair. Then, finally, he let his gaze fall over Daisy’s incredible body. Fuck, Freckles dotted her pale skin, and a large tattoo was splashed across her ribs, curving around her belly in a burst of color. "Do it!" I sprinted toward the maintenance panel, my hands flying over the controls. I didn't need to read the labels; I could *see* the result of every lever I pulled. The pipes hissed and groaned, releasing a thick, blinding curtain of steam into the main tunnel just as the agents rounded the corner. Back in the vault, Leo finished the final line of code. "It’s done! The data is queued. As soon as the main broadcast starts, it’s going to hit every screen in Oakhaven."
