Tonight, I was their Luna.
The air hummed with a mixture of anticipation, nervousness, and reverence. Wolves of all ages filled the large circular atrium, from pups clinging to their mothers’ legs to elders seated on benches along the sides. We all had gray sheets wrapped around us as was custom.
