Gunner asked, this time his voice sounding much more gentle. “He said a monster came, the Besomar, and it killed everyone” Roe said, still not lifting her eyes. “Besomar?” I asked, “That’s what he called me when Doyle brought him in”. “Yes” Roe nodded. “What is a Besomar?” Felix asked from across the table. “It’s like a demon” Roe choked a little on the word ‘demon’. “He thinks a demon attacked his home?” Gunner scoffed.
