I replied as I exited her office. I finally decided to take the next step and apply for a business loan for my construction company. Truthfully, I should have handled this a while ago. I had a business plan and everything that was needed. Deep down, I think I was nervous about being rejected. It seemed that after my marriage from Skylar failed, my confidence level had diminished a little. Since being with Devyn, though, my confidence had returned. So now instead of just working on establishing my company, I was one step closer to actually having it.

My grades at school are outstanding, being great at sports, but never played due to the bruise on my body. Anyway, my next class is Ap physics with Mr. Daniels, he's strict and he hates students that are late unless you have a pass from your last teacher stating why you are late for his class. Now that the introduction is over let's begin to review what we learned from last week, cause there will be 79 question tests on Friday, so take notes and pay attention.

Life at Solus Institute? It could've been a good one, sure. That is, if you were born there, if the sterile, regulated halls were all you’d ever known. But for me? A home for children who lost all family, who were just alone in the world. It’s got that official, clinical vibe, you know?
