He doesn’t quite fit well in his family. It all changes when he gets turned immortal by his human mom who births him.. They are seen as a threat. When someone is turned into a vampire, their age will stop and if a baby is turned, they’d stay that age and size eternally. Now he was coming, the thought made her shudder with trepidation. It was rare for there to be any problems with prerogatives, and even in the event that there were, reapers were equipped to deal with them on their own. In the rare cases that problems occurred; it was usually just some soul refusing to move on and deciding to haunt the living. Those cases were called Spector protocols and more often than not, the reapers would just let the soul become ghosts.

He was a man awaiting his reckoning. The Executioners, a group of cold, stoic warriors chosen for their ruthlessness, stepped forward. Their faces were concealed behind masks, their eyes the only visible part of them, betraying no emotion. I could see the gleam of the ceremonial axes they held, their polished blades reflecting the sunlight, ready to do what was necessary. I stepped back as Elder Garrick continued. "Let the punishment be carried out." The first strike came quickly, almost too quickly. With just a swipe, Xavier's life was taken in an instant, his body falling to the ground as his head rolled off.

He was the **Executioner** of Aethelgard. "Subject 01 identified," the Silas-Sentry boomed, his voice a cold, mechanical chorus. "Violation of 'Reality-Protocols' detected. Initiating: **Final Deletion**." He raised a massive, white blade of light, aimed directly at my flickering heart. And then, a new sound filled the air. It wasn't a scream. It was a **Song**. From the shadows of the "Stitched" houses, the "Glitches" of the Trash Folder began to emerge. Jack the Noir Man, the Protagonist, the wireframe dragons—they were all here, standing on the streets of Seattle.

“She always was unpredictable. But you cannot hide down here.” My mother stepped between us immediately. “You cannot have her.” The Executioner’s gaze remained on me. “I am not here for her.” My heart dropped. “Then why...” He finally looked at my stomach. “I am here for the heir.” My mother lunged forward, but the Executioner sidestepped her with surprising ease, his body moving with the precision of a wolf trained for single-target retrieval. My instincts flared and I shifted halfway into my hybrid form, claws extending as instinct overtook caution.

He laughed with blood dripping down his mouth, with Damon’s hand still locked around his throat, with the tree bark cracking behind his back, with his face so wild it didn’t even look human anymore, he laughed like one of those villains in the movies who knows the whole world is about to burn and wants to watch it happen just for fun. “You can’t kill me,” Darren choked out between that horrible laughter, his grin splitting wide, his voice shaking with the sound of it like he didn’t even care Damon could crush his windpipe any second. “I’m immortal, brother. Did you hear me? Immortal. We will see who dies first.” Immortal? And then he did it.

There was not enough space in the courtyard, and some sat on the walls to be able to see. “My brothers and sisters, welcome. The day had finally dawned that you have waited so long for.” The noise was deafening. I waited until they quieted down. “Tonight, you will witness the death of our enemy, the hunter Ignatius Saul.” Another roar slit the night. “Yes, my brethren. As promised, I, the Immortal Lycan will protect our kind from all that threatens our existence. They shall perish by my hand, and I will decorate my throne with their bones.” I nodded to the guards to bring in the prisoner.

Not that I care if he lives or dies, but I know that by killing this hunter, the dark luna gets a step closer to release herself. She didn't like what I was up to, so she started fighting me. No way I would fight her back, I kept dodging out of her attacks until she hits right on one of my legs which caused me to weaken. The next thing I knew was that she was targeting my troat. Indeed, she reached my throat and cut it with one bite so I died. Well, at the exact moment, I started feeling the blessing of my curse - Immortality. In less than what seems to be five minutes, I was resurrected.
