Once we had the groups all set up and Robbie had Aria safely back in the ballroom, my brothers and I headed to the hospital to find out what warriors had been injured. Jamie, Nathen and Josh are all doing ok. They have some rough injuries but thanks to werewolf healing they will be fine in a day or so. Scott, however, was the poor soul that didn't survive. He didn't stand a chance, they snapped his neck. Once I had checked in on them the reality hit me square in the face and instantly had me so fucking angry.

And left the room. I heard Isaac return soon, "hey, how did you come…" turned to see him but I saw the woman whom I stayed away from. Isaac's mother. I stood up and greeted her. She greeted me and asked me back, "Are you Isaac's friend?" I nodded and said, "Yeah." "You look beautiful. What's your name?" She sounded humble. "Isabella Garcia." "Beautiful as you are. Um… Where's Issac?" "He…" Issac walked inside the room while holding a tray with drinks in his hands. Everyone in the room stared at each other, Steve, "What are you standing there for? Give me my juice."

The Alpha smiled as he stood up from his seat walking slowly towards me. "I..." I shuttered not knowing what to say seeing the Alpha walk towards me. "Evelyn, no need to bother about formalities, just call me Ethan." The Alpha smiled immediately when he got to me. "I...." I shuttered feeling rather confused wondering why the Alpha was acting rather strangely. Did he fall in love with me at first sight or what the hell was happening?

"Of course not. We wouldn't want him to know you're the good guy. And Isaac thank you, for coming today. I feel less alone in this and it does feel good to let someone else in." As I close the door Isaac gets in his car and pulls away. The snow falls slowly, but it doesn't stop my bones from trembling. Deep down I am scared of Dante, but with Isaac Oakley as my secret weapon I am sure we can stop my bully from leaking my secret.

“It sounds like this is personal for you, Sir.” Carson watched as Ewan’s face went dark. He had some sort of personal vendetta against these creatures. Carson could understand. His sister had gotten mixed up with the supernatural and now lived as a wolf. He hated these creatures for taking her away from him. He could never find it in himself to kill her, though. She had faked her own death to live her life with her mate. Once Carson started looking into it, he discovered she was not only alive but a supernatural.
