From then our friendship started. Anyone can ask me why I don't like him. But that's not true. I like him. I really do. I just don't like him in a romantic way. There is no doubt he is handsome. Many girls have crush on him. Even a girl who was six years younger than him, once sent him love letters for a whole year. Jake plays cello. He plays basketball as a shooting guard. He's respectful to his parents. He has his own library consists of five thousand books. He's hot. He can speak in six different languages. In my word, he's a freak. But others think, he's perfect.

“But we’ll decide who’ll be the official setter for this year again anyway. Although I will still do my best.” One of the first years, Ryan, sat beside me. “I saw your game last year. It was awesome, even from the point of view of an audience like me.” He said as he looked at my face. “I’m playing as a setter for my former team, but I’ll be willing to play any position.” He smiled, and then he pointed to one of the first years that’s walking straight towards us. “This is Jake, and he’s a middle blocker.” Ryan introduced the other first year. Jake? I don’t know about his name, but I feel like I’ve seen him somewhere. “He wasn’t even playing in the Philippines before. He came from California.”
