"Wha....t?" I stammered, unable to keep up. Jess pulled away, then pulled my hand toward the entrance.
"I know you said you wanted to rest, but hey, today's your last day with me, and I swear I am not letting you walk out this door without telling me how you pulled it off."
"Pulled what off?" I almost cried. Jess smiled, forced me to sit down at the counter, then went around and grabbed her phone.
"You know I was angry and skeptical when this came out last night, but since neither you nor Liam said anything about the post, I felt something was coming. Girl, you should've given me a heads-up; I almost crashed my phone when it dropped three minutes ago."
