Kate POV I just wrapped up a meeting with future Beta Reid and Gamma John. Although John is my father’s Gamma and head trainer, I would be keeping him on for a term until I found my own Gamma to assume John’s role. John was younger than my father and had only been in the role for five years. He wasn’t ready to retire and had a lot of expertise I would benefit from.

"How about the lady next to Theo Walder?" Andrew said and I looked to Theo’s left and noticed that was the end of the aisle. "The one in the black shiny dress," he said pointing to me and I looked at Theo and he cocked his head slightly giving me the go-ahead. "I- uh, I didn't volunteer though," I said with a giggle as I accepted Andrew's hand that helped me climb up the stairs. "Your beauty charmed me," he said flirting and I had the urge to roll my eyes and gag but instead I giggled touching his shoulder slightly.

"One I intend to fix." Anders studied me for a moment, then nodded like he understood. "Well, for what it’s worth, you’re better than half the guys here. Maybe even me." I smirked. "Oh? Is that admiration I hear?" He scoffed. "Don’t get ahead of yourself, Anderson." The sound of heavy footsteps cut our conversation short. Kai. I turned just as he strolled into the kitchen, looking smug as ever. "Well, well. Sitting around like you don’t have another job to do?"

She could imagine how tiny her hands would be if placed on them. Her eyes moved away from his biceps and continued their journey down to his long legs. He stood at a height of about six feet and some inches. 'If I were to kiss him, I would have to stand on my toes, and he would still have to bend his head to meet my lips' she thought and bit her lips seductively. The man stared at her; he was angry and confused. He wore a black baggy trouser that matched his white singlet. “Hello?” he called in his deep masculine voice. Caitlyn was too lost, she thought the voice came from a distant place. Though, she loved how soothing the voice sounded.

Dan advises, no bullshit in his tone. Katherine: Hey Josh, it's Katherine from last night. I set my phone down, and, takin a large gulp of my coffee, anxiously wait for a ring. “Okay, what about the other guy?” She continues grilling. She said as she stomped to the bedroom and slammed the door behind her. The worst part about this is that she has to go to the wedding. Hundreds of photographers and media personnel are going to be there. Danika has to present herself as the perfect daughter, she doesn’t want her family to be in a gossip column like the Kardashians. I didn’t know how to help her out now that we aren’t together anymore. I don’t know what the rules are. I don’t know if I can still tell her if doing something is a good idea or not. Like agreeing to help her mother out with the seating arrangement at the wedding.

“She’s the Rogues’ current booty call.” “Booty call or girlfriend?” “Sex toy,” said Kasey. “They don’t do relationships.” Keane was still staring at me as Sadie fawned over him, but now, a smirk played on his lips, sending a chill down my spine. “Assholes,” I muttered. “The whole lot of them.” Kasey nodded, drawing her jacket up further over her shoulders. If it wasn’t for the fire, we would have all frozen out by now.

Most of all I couldn’t believe there was a part of me that wanted to have that life with Kai as well. Kai took my hand in his “Fallon, I know you had an idea of what your life was going to be when you left here today, and I know that I do not fit into that, but if you will give me a chance I want to be the one to show you what your life could be with someone who will truly worship you as the living embodiment of the moon goddess that you are.
