Cortèz starts to stroke his cane over the sand making a capital L. “Let.” He says to us while he writes the capital letter U. “Us.” Then strokes his cane again making a capital A. “All.” Writes the letter H. “Heal.” Lastly he finished with the capital U. “Unexpectedly.” Harry finishes. Cortèz smiles. “The island of LUAHU is home for people who wishes to heal. May the both of you heal from your pains and be awakened soon.” He walks away until he magically disappears fading.

The others joined in with his growling as they closed back in on her, clearly not heeding her warning. Just as Nya was about to strike out again, seeing no other alternative than to defend herself, she heard a familiar voice at the far end of the hallway. “What is the meaning of this?” Rok shouted as his boot steps reverberated off of the floor. “Grau! Flig! Par! The rest of you miscreants-- why are you assaulting the princess?”

“I am not going anywhere. This war must stop, now.” Bozo chuckled. Kachi had broken out of his hiding place and was running towards them. In his hands was the rein of Bozo’s black stallion. A horse he had named, Ghost, some few days ago. “Take her to safety,” Bozo grunted and took the rein from the commander, “Make sure her injuries are attended to.” Kachi nodded and tried to take Ejima, but the woman would have none of it. “I said this war should end now.”

He nodded and with a heavy voice said, “Aurora? I will keep this in mind.” After he had spoken, he looked at Hanson and asked, “Why did you help us?” Hanson replied, “Mr Kazuki, to be frank, that fellow snatched my job and crippled my right hand. I hate him so much! He even said that he was confident that Aurora would be the champion and Ms. Nanako was not her match. Therefore, I sincerely hope Ms. Nanako can beat Aurora and not let that fellow prevail!” Yamamoto Kazuki nodded and said, “Okay, I know. I’ll pay more attention to not let the opponent prevail. You can go back now.”

Kazuki inclined his head slightly. Polite. Controlled. "Kazuki… Hoshino?" Jaycee blurted out, a flicker of recognition flashing across his face. His posture straightened instantly. "Are you referring to the Hoshino Group? The Hoshino Investment Consortium from Sakura Country?" Cedric nodded with a small, satisfied smile. Kazuki gave a polite incline of his head. "It seems Mr. Torres is well-informed."

My heart shattered and I breathlessly pleaded with her to tell me she was joking. That this was some sick, sick joke she was playing. But the sorrow in her eyes told me exactly what I didn't want to hear. My knees gave out and I fell to the floor as the faces of every person in the building flashed through my head.
