The tower chamber breathed with silence, broken only by the whisper of thread sliding across tired fingers. Zara sat before the loom of light, her back bowed, her movements careful and deliberate. Magic hung thick in the air, sharp enough to taste. Threads shimmered where she drew them out of nothing—silver so bright it stung, violet that seemed more feeling than color, gold that pulsed faintly like a living heart. Each strand was more than material; it carried weight, memory, and every time she touched one, a part of her went with it.

"They don't want to form. You need more. More power. More sacrifice." "What kind of sacrifice?" I scream. "Whatever you have left to give." I understand immediately. My magic. The creation magic I got from my mother. The last piece of her I have. "Take it," I say. "Take my magic. Use it. Just save them." "Sage, no!" Damon yells. Too late. I feel the magic rip out of me. The white light pouring from my chest. From my hands. From everywhere. It flows into the circle. Into the bonds. Into Mira.

The so called portion was a sticky white substance. I bet it'd be better as hell. "I think you being a weak power carrier made you vulnerable to Sage's attacks. Hence, I made it for you. It'll heal you from the internal injuries his powers might have caused and this will also strengthen you." She told me and stopped stirring.

I see a mattress, bedsheets, and when I open my eyes, we are sitting on soft materials. "We did it..." I whisper, smiling brightly at Lucy. "We summoned items straight from IKEA!" Lucy smiles back.
