Millennium Wolves Sienna Romane & Geschichten

I couldn’t quite believe how lucky I had gotten. She was relatively short compared to most of our kind, and she was slim build. This in itself was unusual. Werewolves, even the she-wolves, tended to at least have some muscle mass visible under the skin. But Sienna, she barely had any. That wasn’t to say she wasn’t in good form. I could tell by her legs that she was a runner, it was more general strength that she was missing. The type of strength required to defend yourself from an attacking predator.

“Ignore her,“ Sienna muttered to me as he walked away, leaving the welcoming party behind. “She is just a mean bitch.“ I turned and glanced behind at Candace; she was looking at me and gave me a small nod. I turned around sharply. “She thinks she is good enough for Cassian,” Sienna muttered, leading me down the hallway of this big mansion. “She is not?” I asked. “Fuck, no,” Sienna cursed under her breath. “The only reason she can even behave like that is because she is the only high-born female around, and she is a very good warrior. Her wolf is one of the strongest seen in a century; she feels special.“ “But she is not?” I asked again, feeling stupid.

The pain was a distant hum, eclipsed by the sight of the woman standing at the edge of the torchlight. Sienna. She looked different. The polished, porcelain Luna of the Black Mountain was gone. Her hair was lank, her eyes sunken and rimmed with a feverish, desperate red. She didn’t look like a wolf; she looked like a corpse being animated by sheer hatred. “You really should have stayed at the bottom of the river, Elara,” Sienna hissed, her voice echoing strangely in the stone amphitheater. She took a step forward, the heavy fabric of her cloak snapping in the wind. “Everything was perfect. Killian was mine. The pack was stable. And then you had to crawl back with these... these abominations.

Roxie brought her upper body up and used her elbow to bring it down on the top of Sienna's head. Sienna threw herself backwards to get Roxie off and Roxie flipped over onto her feet igniting a surprised roar from the crowd. Sienna had apparently had enough and went into her shift, transforming into a nearly red colored wolf within seconds. Roxie transformed into her wolf. The two went toe to toe with Sienna aiming for her throat. Roxie's wolf dodged attack after attack, before finally latching herself onto Sienna's hind leg. She clamped down and she could hear the bones splitering under her jaws. She clenched and pulled back tearing some of the flesh with her. Sienna howled in pain and this

Atlas growled, his aching wails ringing through the walls. Heat surged through my veins, searing, wild, and alive. My shackles rattled violently, light seeping from my skin, white and silver like moonfire. My wolf, Kira, stirred inside, her voice a growl in my chest: ‘Break them, Val. Break her.’ Sienna raised her dagger again, aiming for his throat. And that was it. I didn’t think, I let the storm take me.

She stepped forward and retrieved the spear made out of the branch from the wolf’s body. The spear made an arc in the air, then Sienna stood on a huge bluestone as she faced countless pairs of green eyes around her. She did not dodge, and she was not giving in. She was obviously going to fight the entire pack single-handedly! “Howl!” The wolf king howled, and the other wolves chimed in one after the other! “Howl!” After their energetic battle cry, they seemed to have lost their minds as they rushed toward Sienna! The number increased from one to twenty.

Did Celeste get her wolf as well? She was violence and beauty, cruelty and charm. And she knew it. The wolf went down a final time, stunned and unconscious. Sienna sauntered over, grabbed her opponent by the scruff of the neck, and shook her—once, twice, three times—as if confirming her own dominance for the world to see. Then she dropped the limp body like discarded prey. Silence. And then— ROARS. HOWLS. Rage and lust and awe. Sienna turned toward the crowd, laughing as she shifted back into human form in a burst of pale smoke and ember. Her skin glowed with the heat of the fight, her chest rising with adrenaline.

I hadn’t heard anything inside that bathroom, but a feeling of danger was what called me inside, rushing to her aid. I opened the door and walked back inside to find Sienna standing by the bed. Her eyes wide in surprise as they glowed in a deep shade of golden as her wolf made herself known. The day and night were long enough as they were, and though I was away from being tired, I still had a lot to do, and I knew that Sienna needed the rest right now. But that wasn’t going to be the case, I wasn’t stupid enough not to realize that.

I still remember the long evenings when it felt like the world was just for the two of us. Our fists are flying as we train… Our hearts pound, and there’s our sweat and stolen glances in the dark. We are comrades, friends, and childhood sweethearts. I used to always stay by Lillian’s side and tend to her wounds. Though she’s a great fighter, she doesn’t have her wolf and isn’t healing fast. But I am not aware of how blind I have been until Sienna comes into the academy. She’s a Beta’s daughter, but her skills are average at best. She will often get injured, but will recover quickly thanks to her wolf.
