I smiled. “I like that.” I said with a raspy voice getting a raised eyebrow in return. “Blood Moon Princess, I like that. Makes me sound important.” I said smiling into his chest. “You are my love. Besides there’s a reason I chose tonight for your crowning.” I looked up with a questioning face waiting for his reason. “Your mother told me you were born on a Blood Moon meaning it was destined from birth that would be a Princess one day before you became my Queen. Well according to the legends anyway.” He said with a smile that showed he was so proud of himself.

I wait til I hear feel the cold air drifting into the kitchen and the soft sound of a door closing before glancing into the hallway again. Through the doors glass I could see Embers back to me. The left side of her body was eliminated white from the moon and her hair looked like silver threads as they hung down her back. Creeping towards the door she shifts and a second later a see a silvery gold wolf dashing across the snow, her body low as she ran.

They are the most prominent family in the city, causing Luna to be called the Moon Princess and people treat her in such a way. But she is not special, as to her. She is just a normal seventeen-year-old girl with silver streaks on her long ebony hair, dark skin, and full round brown eyes. Nothing is out of the ordinary except for her hair. Also, she doesn't feel special. She doesn't have powers or whatever and she is basically not good at anything. To her, she is just a symbol. A symbol of what her people had long believed, is that when the son of the Sun and daughter of the Moon meet and collide, the world will once again be reborn.

As King Austin had threatened, Moon ripped King Austin's throat out.
