My body was burning, and my eyes were filled with rage. "Now just leave me alone." I struggled to say it. "Hah, I always get what I want, and I want you right now. You should consider yourself fortunate that I chose you "I was just restraining myself from slapping him when he started laughing. Lucky my foot, huh. Coming even closer to my face, he said, "you are just mine, and you are going to be my queen very soon, just imbibe these words in your head, and I will do anything to make this happen."

The only person who could get her to tell the truth would be the Alpha if he were to command her to tell the truth. The Alpha Command is a power all Alpha’s hold over their pack members, except for the Luna. It forces the pack member to do as the Alpha says, and if they try to resist, it becomes painful. The only werewolf in the world with control over other werewolves outside their pack are royals.

Finally, I couldn’t hold back the question that had been nagging at me since last night. “Tariq,” I began hesitantly, “last night, you said something about me being... a queen. What did you mean by that?” Tariq’s expression shifted, growing more serious. He cleared his throat, glancing at his mother before turning back to me. “Leah, there is something that you need to know. You are the last descendant of a powerful bloodline. A royal bloodline, in fact.” I stared at him, my heart skipping a beat. “What? No, that can’t be right. I’m... I’m an omega. My mother was an omega, and my father.....”

and she giggled again and spun around, clapping her hands. “That silly boy was too consumed with forcing you to submit to him.” She stopped and grinned at me. “Everyone knows that a Queen doesn’t submit, she consents. And she will only consent to the King that she trusts. She never gives her power away, she shares it.” My head was beginning to hurt with all of what she was saying. I wasn’t sure what I did or didn’t understand or what she was saying. “This proved that he was never worthy to rule as King by your side.” and she winked, “And thus I rejected his claim on us,” she stood looking proud of herself, and I couldn’t help but grin back. But then it dawned on me.

I murmured, half asleep, smiling against his ribs, warm all the way through. "My queen," Malik said, quiet, into my hair, like a thing he'd known for a long time and had only now earned the right to name. "My queen of chaos. If you'll have the crown. If you'll take a gray careful kingdom and a man who's still learning how to be a person and a whole city full of people who used to be ordered to fear you, and stand next to it all, not under it, and make it yours too." I lay very still against him, and felt the enormous thing his voice was circling, and decided, being who I was, to make him work for the shape of it.

My attention was entirely fixed on the woman standing in the center of the chamber, power radiating from her like heat from the sun. This was my mate. My Luna. The mother of my child. Magnificent. “Vincent,” I said, my voice carrying the full authority of an Alpha who had just realized his mate could likely destroy every wolf present without effort, “I believe you were departing.” He struggled against the invisible force restraining him, but Selene’s dominance was absolute. With a subtle motion, she released him, and he staggered backward, his face pale. “This is not finished,” he managed. “Yes,” Selene replied calmly, “it is.”

She was well aware that she would have to defend her position in the industry. “I am sorry Clarissa. This has to stop,” Ysabella told herself. She put away her phone, stood up, and took a deep breath. “There can only be one queen and that’s me!” Ysabella vowed to stake her claim. Meanwhile, it has been hectic for Clarissa the past few months. She had numerous events and engagements where she became the “star,” – always getting the attention of the press and the people involved in these endeavors. Bamby, her discoverer and mentor, had nothing but praises for her protégé. He'd been offering her advice from time to time, but he'd noticed how driven Clarissa had been since she began her modeling

I couldn't imagine going that long without talking to my mate. I decided no matter what would happen ,I would always work things out with him and not let things get to strenuous because I love him very much. My business was blooming so much and was attracting so much money per month . I didn't really work much and left most to my maids but focused on my son. My mate was always suportive no matter what I did . I knew no matter what our family of different species would always strive through it all. It's funny we went against nature and mated together and even had a children. I was indeed a Vampire's Queen.

A way to spend time whenever she had nothing better to do. The people in the Vault knew her as Red: the fighter who was reigned the champion. Fighters also knew of her identity as the assassin, both her aliases for the fighting ring and as an assassin were, after all, the same. When Bella heard of a new champion being crown while she was away, she couldn't help but see who it was, also feeling the need to know why they named someone the new best without having to fight the former. The brunette walked towards one of the people who managed the fights, pulling her hood down before catching his attention.

The first Concubine believes the young woman sitting on the throne beside the King doesn’t have what it takes to be a Queen. Not the teachings, which she had to undergo as a child. Nor the grace and the carriage required of a Queen. The door opens, silencing the mutterings. The ladies watch with embarrassed expression as servants poured into the hall bearing trays filled with bowls of food emitting such delicious smells that they couldn’t help taking in more than one sniff.
