'I have experienced this urge and this feeling many times. I do not suffer from any mental disorder. I do not know why I have it. I seem to enjoy being cruel to people. I am a sadist, or you may call me a psychopath. I get pleasure when I hear a woman screaming with pain and begging for her life. I enjoy inflicting pain. It seems abnormal but I am like that. It has been part of me for many years now. I am a sick man. I am a wicked and a spiteful man. I have an evil mind and I believe in seeking violent revenge over small issues. Inside my head it’s all dark.’

“Now you sound like Natasha. But she was no sacrifice to Lancaster’s degeneracy. She was his acolyte.” “She was his victim.” He made a noise of frustration—maybe even anger. And spun away from her. “Stop it. I don’t want to hear this.” He curled his hands into his hair. “Why won’t you understand? Can’t you see? I’m ruined and filthy and fucked up. I want the people I love to suffer. Because that’s what turns me on above all else. Control and pain and degradation.” “Yes. I know.” She steadied her breathing. Tried to meet the storm of his fury and pain with gentleness. “You’re a sadist and dominant. And yes, you’ve hurt me sometimes—”

For reasons I did not understand, reasons I was not ready for, I was laughing with this person. He was the most maddening person in the world. And being in here, he has made me tell him how I was feeling, and laugh with him. Ridiculous! This must be the second time I was laughing with him. As I realized this, I looked at him again, and I thought, 'What’s up with this one? Is he a psychopath? Is he... Like, what is it about him that can be so maddening and makes you laugh at the same time? Is he a psychopath? A narcissist? A master manipulator?

Weird, his narcissistic behaviour is a little exaggerated in the papers I read. He's aware of his traits, and he has them work for him, and boy is it so fucking hot to see. He is also nicer than I thought, he treats me way too nice it's almost sickening, and it's only now that the thought down on me, that he got rid of my panicking attack, he sees about me, he's been nothing but kind to me since we said I do.

He chuckled before he handed me my phone back. "Besides, Alec hasn't been punished in a long time. He's more afraid of his addiction to pain than he is of what his husband will do to him tonight." Bo explained before I gasped. Bo smiled and said, "Everyone has their own vices. Some are more acceptable than others." My eyes widened before I blurted out, "What is your vice?!" Of course, I tweaked the numbers to show him how much trouble we were in. I have dealt with him my entire life. He is a narcissistic man who will only relax and open himself up if he believes he is holding the high ground. So, I chose to present the number that would paint in his mind the idea that the realm would start suffering shortly. This would allow his plans to create chaos, allowing him to plan a coup to overthrow Aelfred efficiently.
