CHAPTER NINETEEN By the time Sia got back home, trickles of sweat had washed down her back soaking the lower part of her hoodie.She was pressed in the door code and opened the door and stepped into the house, much to her surprise, Samantha was sprawled on the chair in the seating room watching TV. She had heard the door lock being pressed in so she had turned to take a glance at who it was. A look of surprise flashed through her face and Sia remembered that she had gotten punched earlier at the ring. While thinking of lies to tell her, Samantha had already stood up and walked to the kitchen bringing back the First Aid box with her.

With the moon and stars twinkling above them like tiny gems, Max and co drove down the winding road. The Argent mansion was now a distant memory, a fading silhouette against the dark sky. Simon and Samantha's house was located on the outskirts of Beacon Hills, nestled among the trees. It was a cozy and welcoming cottage-style house, with a well-maintained garden in front of it, decorated with a variety of vibrant flowers that seemed to glow in the moonlight.

I pull out slow, stand, fix my sweatpants. She opens her eyes. Pure black. Then they fade back to blue. She smiles with Samantha’s mouth. Three bodies now. And the house is still asleep. Perfect.
