She moved her eyes back to Harper and as she was about to blink, Harper screamed out loud, startling her and making her eyes go wide at the sudden outburst. When Harper's eyes fell on Sage who is staring at her, she began to scream again and she scurried backwards in fear. "Please don't kill me," she begged almost in tears. "Please don't-" she paused and a small frown settled on her face which was soon replaced with hope. "Amber," she called, almost breathing out her name and she hurried to her side. Amber, who was still recovering from the sudden scream, moved closer to her and she touched her. "It's okay. No one is going to kill you," she said calmly, assuring her.

“It’s fine, Marshall. You have done well. Make sure all of this is untraceable to you or me.” Amber freezes in shock as she tries to make sense of what she has just heard. It sounded like he burnt a family alive, to the ground? It all seemed very mafia-like. She panicked. ‘I am just a small town girl, I’m too young to be associated with the mafia…’ she thinks to herself. She decides to back away slowly and steps right into Damien…well, actually, his broad chest. Damien starts in surprise. “What are you doing hiding behind that shelf?” he asks. “I…err…I wanted to pick up …” Amber looks around desperately for an excuse, “...a pack of Tylenol, for you!”
