"I need a promotion..." "You mean 'another' ?"

well, she's just nervously biting her nails. My ex almost-to-be father in law, Simon, is a not so tall grey-haired man, in his early sixties, although you can easily mistaken him to be older, as his whole face is all wrinkled. Probably because he's always with eyebrows furrowed and half-closed eyes. He believes he looks more respectful when he looks like an angry bull, but whatever.

Simon announces holding the power control under his thumb grinning from ear to ear. Fuck! He had this planned.

I asked, my throat raw. He gave a short laugh that broke halfway through. He looked like he wanted to say something, but Simon stepped into the room before he got the chance. Simon looked like he hadn’t slept in days. His sleeves were rolled to the elbows, his shirt stained and wrinkled, and there was a dried line of blood down one arm. But he didn’t look frantic anymore. His movements were measured, and he held a tablet like it was the only thing grounding him. “I know this is a lot to take in,” Simon said gently. “But I’m just going to say it. You’re stable. And the baby is too.”

With that said, she turned to look at the backstage. Surrounded by ten or so international bodyguards, Simon walked to the stage in his black suit. With his fair skin and distinctive facial features, coupled with his dark blue eyes, he looked like an actual prince who walked out of a fairytale. The buttons on his suit were made of black diamonds, and it gave him an air of nobleness and lay-low luxury. An uproar began once he stepped to the stage. “Ahhhh! It’s him; Diamond Prince Simon! The number one chief executive officer in South Africa! The most charming man ever!”

she replied. "I'm Gideon's friend, and I flew in from Jeriton today to catch up with him because I heard he was back in Dalea." Simon pointed to the white athletic wear he wore under his leather jacket. He continued, "As you can see, I played tennis with Gideon this afternoon. By the way, do you play? We should hit the court sometime." Phoebe was at a loss for words, thinking that Simon could really talk. Although she played tennis, she told him, "No, I don't."

"In my line of work, being prepared is essential." Drake's mind raced as he tried to piece together the puzzle. Simon's quiet demeanor, his hidden mansion, and now this extensive collection of weaponry—it was clear that there was much more to Simon than met the eye. "What kind of work are you involved in?" Drake ventured to ask, his curiosity getting the best of him. Simon's gaze held a sense of gravity as he met Drake's eyes. "Let's just say that I'm connected to a world that operates in the shadows," he replied, his tone measured. "A world where power, influence, and wealth often come at a high price."

Simon was holding his breath when Lilian stood in front of him. Pulling an all casual expression, she voiced out, "What's with your look? Aren't you happy marrying the love of your life?" Lilian gave Evana a smiling look and then again turned to Simon. Shane got there and stood beside Lilian. For some reason, Simon looked somewhat familiar but he wasn't sure where he saw him. "You?" Gulping hard, Simon spoke up, "Sir, I am Simon Caldwell, a project manager of your company."

His gaze was cold, wary, and tinged with fear as it landed on Hayley. Especially when his eyes shifted to their teammate, Simon Porter, who lay on the ground with his head blown clean off. He had died instantly. The people across from them were ruthless. And strong. Simon had a terrible reputation in their base. He was violent, unreasonable, and loved watching survivors get torn apart by zombies. He had tricked residents who angered him into going outside a few times, just to watch them die for his own amusement. Still, he had been their teammate. Seeing him die so cleanly right in front of them sent a chill through everyone present.

Simon complaint dramatically, but then, he turned to him with eyes sparkling already, "Can you play it now?" Sebastian shook his head as the corner of his lips tugged upward. He knew he already got him there. He knew Simon like the back of his palm. He's gullible when it comes to his price possession, which was music that was written and composed just for him, and nothing more, except of course Sandra Mendez. Everything about her can be use to bribe Simon. He's on that high level as a fanboy. "Bro!" Simon whined. "I won't let you hear it if you won't tell me first what you wanted to tell me earlier"
