I smiled and nodded. " I will be your girlfriend." He smiled and kissed my shoulder before kissing my lips. I accepted his kiss. My new boyfriend pushed me against the wall. I was surprised to see my sweet angel, Apollo. A security guard escorted him. " Oh, my goddess, darling, what are you doing here?" I asked, worried as I hugged him.

Her coy, deceitful nature repulsed me, yet she clung to me like a shadow. At our graduation party, she deliberately fell down a staircase in front of me. When everyone rushed over, her tearful accusations painted me as a cruel bully. I'd never forget the way Mitchell held her protectively that day, his gaze filled with disappointment, anger, and disdain as he looked at me. "You've let me down. I wish I didn't have a sister like you." But I didn't push her. That day, I waited at home for hours for Mitchell. He didn't come back. He didn't even answer my calls.

Of course they had. Sonia jogged ahead and planted herself right in his path, arms crossed, glossy lips curled in a sneer. Her three friends fanned out like a pack of wolves, phones already recording. The late afternoon sun made her highlight reel perfect — mean, beautiful, and untouchable. “Running away again?” Sonia tilted her head, eyes glittering with cruelty. “I saw you talking to Damian just now. I like her, and while she sees herself as my therapist, I consider her a close friend. She always speaks the truth. But this is the first time she has read a situation wrong: Gina and I don't share a deeper relationship. We are just dating. Nothing else is going on here. Sally asked, concern in her voice, as she slung her drawstring purse across her body. They had just locked up and were standing outside. Sonia forced a smile and said, “Yes, I am fine.” Sally nodded and said, “Oh, alright then. Just know that if you need anything, I…” The honk of a bike close by interrupted them, and Sally immediately perked up as she said, “Oh, my ride is here. See you tomorrow.” “What was that about not having a boyfriend?” Sally wrinkled her nose with a grin as she added, “He is not my boyfriend. He is a friend who is a boy. See the difference?”

The first time, it was Lily’s moans mixed with Jareth’s low growl: “Don’t touch me! You don’t smell like her!” “Jareth~” Lily’s voice was sultry. “I’m so much better than Leina, the dead one. He raised a brow, not believing my words. “Eric Son”, I said with a pointed look. And he laughed and laughed. I frowned. “Eric Son? Really?” He stopped laughing and looked somewhat angry. “Yes, he is my boyfriend”, I replied. The room got a lot colder at my words. “Why would you be a partner with someone as shitty as Eric Son?” Hayden sneered with disgust written all over his face. How could I forget that they were rivals and did not like each other? “You came the wrong way, Angel” He snickered. “Are you really here for your boyfriend? My only girlfriend was Jessica Sanchez in the third grade. Dated her for a whole week" "Was she prettier than me?" she says narrowing her eyes, but obviously joking as she tries not to laugh "Not possible." We sit in silence for a few minutes while she makes a playlist and then she scrolls through the playlist, picking 'Bloodstream' by Stateless. I listen to the lyrics in silence, smiling when the chorus hits
