Even Silas seemed to deflate, the fight draining out of him under his leader’s withering disapproval. Rogue turned back to me. The glacial eyes held mine. "My apologies, Mr. Reynolds," he said, the words unexpected, delivered with a stark sincerity that threw me more than any threat. "For the… unwelcome reception. And for the threats made against you and your companion. They were unauthorized and unacceptable." He gave a slight, formal nod. "My name is Rogue. I lead the Eagle Brothers. You carved the Crown of Azura. That demands a certain… respect. And a conversation."

But now, he could only dodge the attack, which was a crushing blow to his pride. The young Rogue sneered, sidestepping Xander's kick with a mocking grin. But his smile quickly froze as he realized that Xander had closed in on him. In an instant, Xander opened his mouth and sank his teeth into the Rogue's neck. "Damn!" The young Rogue let out a howl of agony as he clawed and bit at Xander's back. Xander's back quickly became a bloody mess, but his eyes were filled with bloodlust. "Don't just stand there, help me!"

He sighed and pushed open the door for her to enter, closing it behind them. Stone was stroking a dagger, standing across from the girl who stared up at him with defiance, she didn’t seem interested in Stone’s actions, Star could see it clearly in her eyes. She didn’t fear death. “What’s your name, Rogue?” Stone asked, not looking at the woman. “Go to hell.” She spat. “Oh, you’re already there, Sweetheart.” He looked up at her with a devilish smirk. “Now you can either cooperate and make your last days here easy, or you can let me torture you till your blood runs dry.” The woman didn’t even flinch at his threat, instead, she stared at him with defiance.

Stacey withdrew her hand and shouted, "Get the fuck out of here!" Ben pressed his lips into a thin line and remained silent. Then, he slowly moved back and left the backyard.

They approach the northern border as a group of about fifty or so rouges walk through the tree line. Selene hopped off of Xander as he shifted back while Xavier stood in his Lycan form. “Why are you Rogues on our land!”, roared Xander. “We were just passing through”, said a red headed rogue, as his eyes landed lustfully on the girls. Kane growled in warning “I will kill that motherfucker for lusting over our mates”, he said too Xavier.

One of the rogues stepped forward, his eyes gleaming with a menacing intensity, but I retreated. The rogue’s lips curled into a sinister smirk as he glanced back at his companions, a silent signal that communicated their intent. The rogues seemed to revel in my fear, their eyes glinting with sadistic pleasure. Their menacing postures and taunting expressions were designed to intimidate. “What do you want from me?” I demanded, my voice trembling slightly despite my attempt to sound brave. Inside, there was a whirlwind of fear, but I refused to let them see my vulnerability. “We just want to have some fun with you, beautiful.” The rogue said, his voice dripping with lust. He said and I stiffened, my eyes narrowing. I stood up on my feet, throwing the last few words at him. " I'd like to see you try." I said before whirling around and storming out of the room. I could here is sickening laughter as I left and it just made my blood boil. Tired and angry, I made my way back to the cabin where I met jonas waiting for me outside of it. The moment he spotted me, he rushed towards me but stopped halfway, his eyes glinting as he emitted a low growl. I wondered why he must've reacted that way but realized he could have smell him on me. I sighed, he must not like him at all.

But he quickly shakes it off and gives me a confused look. "Are you a spy?" he asks. "Did they send you to find me?"

By lunch came about I grabbed my phone and made a call to cancel our lunch plans. “Hey babe, I am sorry but I am on my way back from the rogue camp. The smell down there is terrible. They were right, it's like a month-old rotting flesh and dead fish. I think the Blackblood Pack and their loyal following idiots have been trying to get the rogues to move back off protected land. Dumbasses just want to hunt them down.” I said annoyed. “I haven’t smelt any of that up our way.” He said confusedly why only the smell would be down the hill from the main compound?
