I released myself from the woman's grip exchanging glances with Valtor, but it looked calm.

I forced a small smile. “I’m sorry I can't prove my identity,” I frowned. “I just lost my memories, not my identity,” I said, glancing over at Valtor.
He nods in approval.
She exhaled sharply, nodding as if trying to process everything. “I’m Joana,” she introduced herself.
I nodded again. “Rings a bell.*
Joana’s gaze moved to Valtor, suspicion creeping into her eyes. “You told us that she was dead, how come she is standing here now?”
