Karim looked at him with a sarcastic smile as he did in the old days. "What was big? A ugly like you are not used to see someone so beautiful?" The angry wolf punched Karim in the stomach, blood ran out of his mouth and he groaned with pain but he continued to smile. Even if it was with pain, Karim liked to have control over something. He smiled as he saw the wolf getting more and more angry and that’s what the alpha wanted. "Shut up, you filthy slave. I’ll take you to work if you’re so sorry for others."

I nodded, feeling guilty for making things more complicated, but I needed to tell him something, anything to make him pity me. "I... have been afraid because my wolf is very ugly," I sobbed. "It has black spots and isn't presentable at all. It's also small. I'm not proud of it, and I don't know why the moon goddess made it like that. I'm sure that you're never going to pick me because you would need a strong wolf by your side without any blemishes." Adonis looked surprised and stared at me for a bit before he broke into a gentle smile. "And you think that's enough reason to make you cry?"

It hit like a tidal wave, dragging me under all over again. I forced myself to stand, weak and shivering. As I turned toward the mirror, something caught my eye, just for a moment. My wolf was there, but not like any I’d ever seen, she was massive, jet black, darker than night, darker than death itself. Her eyes burned like fire, vivid orange flames dancing in a soulless void. I screamed and stumbled backward, crashing to the floor, my heart pounding like war drums. When I dared to look again, she was gone. Only my own reflection stared back, shaken. What are you? I thought, clutching my chest.

Adonis was startled, and he sat up and drew me into his arms, rubbing my back in soothing circular motions. "Hush, darling, why are you crying? Is there something wrong?" She jumped around with force, sniffing around her. Some men were sitting at a corner, drinking from some bottles on the floor. They were speaking gibberish as they nodded their head from left to right in rhythm to music playing from a Small stereo. "What is that thing by the corner of the road?" One of them asked with squinting eyes, pointing at a creature by the road.

It really angers him anytime he stares at her and remembers that he hadnt touched her. It even made him angry the more whenever his thoughts goes to that annoying male friend of hers.He was damn sure that guy must have had Nina on his bed a thousand times! "No.I'm saying my wolf did." he replied to her after minutes "That is just the bond between your wolf and mine.There is no bond between us and there will never be."
