He looked at her with an amused glint in his eye. “Pick your poison, darlin’.”
Aria smirked, her fingers snatching the worn UNO deck from the pile like a challenge thrown on the battlefield. The cards were faded at the edges, corners curled from years of use, and she gave the box a little shake for dramatic flair. “Hope you’re ready to lose, cowboy,” she said with a wicked gleam in her eyes. “I’m about to kick your ass—just like I always did when we were kids.”
