The Alphas Little Warrior

The Alphas Little Warrior

I stared at it as I walked back into the boats cabin and now those words faded and Alpha Remington and Luna Monica with the date appeared. An hour later I walked into the flower shop and found Stacy behind the register, her eyes went wide as I approached, “Stacy, explain this to me?” She gulped then with a sweet smile, “I’m not sure what you’re talking about?” I nodded, “this ribbon wasn’t supposed to say my and Monica's name on it, so why does it when it’s in the dark?” Stacy’s face paled as she stared at the ribbon, “Monica asked us to use the new technique of the fluorescent paint for the writing, she said it was a joke that you’d find it amusing.” She looked at me, “guess not, huh.”

This book is great. Tenderness, yarning, caring ML, badass FML, adorable child character, likable supporting characters, and humor. There's an annoying subplot at the beginning, but don't let that put you off—it's definitely worth reading on.

MY STEPBROTHERS, MY RUIN

MY STEPBROTHERS, MY RUIN

The newest ribbon braid waited in a basket: vibrant spring colors mixed with deep, enduring tones. Elena went first, tying a strand of soft rose and silver. “For the women healing at the center. For the courage it takes to begin again. And for Sophia and me choosing each other honestly, even when the world doesn’t understand.” Sophia added a small, delicate thread. “Thank you for making space for me in this beautiful circle.” Leo, voice deepening further with every month, tied a bright copper ribbon. “For inventions that give people control over their own lives. And for knowing when it’s time to step forward.”

Except… nothing prepares me for the sides of the box to fall away when I pull the end of the ribbon, revealing a severed head. No, no, no, no, no, no, NO!

So even tho it can be completely confusing sometimes, I'm still loving the story line and I'm wicked sad I have to wait for updates....I wish I paid attention to it being done or not cuz I hate when a book isn't finished but hopefully you update right so please update ...

******beware***** There's a cliffhanger at the end and no update anywhere on when or where book two will be out. The last update on anything from the author was over a year ago. They literally might as well have just stopped in the middle of the book.

The Alpha's Stolen Luna

The Alpha's Stolen Luna

“The two ends of the fabric become one, encircling the essence of the pack to which you are sworn. To complete this union, you must remove the ribbon without breaking the circle or your bond.” I swallowed, lifting a shaking hand to complete the ritual. Lucas and I had to work together. The ribbon had to be specific way to ensure the knot remained tied and our arms stayed in place. We couldn’t let go of each other and we couldn’t let the ribbon fall. I leaned on Nova to help me remember the sequence. One wrong move and it all good go wrong.

letters that staved

letters that staved

It was a simple gesture, but it felt significant, a small offering to the stories that surrounded him. Jo found it the next morning, the studio quiet and still. She didn’t know who had left it, but she felt an immediate connection to the ribbon, its color and texture speaking to her in a way she couldn’t quite articulate. She placed a drawing beside it: two hands exchanging a ribbon, neither holding it fully, capturing the essence of the moment. Franc added one spiral above it—drawn in gold dust, a touch of magic that seemed to dance in the morning light. They labeled it quietly: “Carried Without Question.” It was a title that resonated with them, a reminder of the unspoken connections that

His training and skills were far beyond her own experience. She reached out and grabbed her staff from its corner spot in her room. She examined it quickly; its braided threads of different colors wrapped the top, with a small, vibrant red ribbon chain with a brilliant, blue feather, given to her by a Ribon. The Ribons were beautiful birds of vibrant reds, blues and greens. Their songs were of even tones and lovely tunes to the ears. Laylan had spent many days in the forest listening and watching the Ribons. She took her staff, and then turned out of her room.

The Moon's Mercy: Throne of Ashes

The Moon's Mercy: Throne of Ashes

It was General Cole, or what the three paper Assessors had left of him. The long single strip of ribbon that had wrapped around her wrist during midnight had unwound itself rising from the zinc floor like a snake. The ribbon did not have eyes. As it caught the orange light from her chest, the printed text along its length, the names of the conscripts and the inventory of the sector, began to flake off into the wind like gray ash leaving behind a blank double-sided band of oiled silk that whistled in the cold draft. "The treasury clock did not delete the account " the ribbon whispered. "It liquidated the collateral. Look at the valley road, Elara. Look at what's left of the fence."

I got this hunch that he'd become aware of my gaze and was about to return it, so I looked away immediately. "Are you aware that the rainbow is just an illusion?" He asked turning to me, with that cute smile still playing on his lips. "Huh?" "The rainbow," he repeated, pointing towards it "it's an illusion cast on the sky due to the reflection of light" "Really" I said. He scoffed and silence reigned once again. I figured it was now time to part ways before he begins to grow on me. "I'm about to go in now," I said reluctantly "Which hospital building do you stay?" I grabbed the arms of his wheelchair.

Unravel Us

Heron “So your telling me the most eligible bachelor in the country proposes to you and you say no?” the exasperation in Clem’s voice was a welcomed comfort on this rather drab morning. It had not stopped raining, and I had to take off my display cases, that would barely fend against the wind. Though being under the canopy meant they weren’t drenched to the bone. Clem looked stary eyes as she rested her hands beneath her chin, her braids swooped up in an intricate bun, “You have to go back and say yes.”
