His blood-stained frame left a hideous imprint on my window and left a crimson trail on my shirt as our bodies collided in his reckless descent. I whipped my head around, locking eyes with him as he let out a guttural groan and shattered the arrows embedded in his flesh with a swift crack. My sharp eye immediately identified the arrows as the very same ones my parents used for hunting in our pack, expertly crafted to target vampires with their deadly poisoned tips. Our pack witch had concocted a potent potion that not only paralyzed vampires, but could prove fatal if left untreated beyond a day.

The human's soft sigh suddenly reached his ears, casually drawing his attention. Such a peculiar being indeed, he mused upon taking notice of the feel of that small palm gently touching the middle of his shirt-clad chest, her cheek pressed against his pectoral as she slept as if she were being held by a loving parent, and not a vile and dangerous monster as himself. He wanted to chuckle at the thought. He carried her all the way upstairs and down the corridor, to her given bedroom, using his vampiric speed. She thankfully remained unconscious, not moving a single muscle.

He reached for her, lifting her and hoisting her up against his chest before taking a short walk to the bed, carrying her there. He placed her gently on the bed and watched her smile beneath him as he began to take off his shirt. He then lowered down for her to place her hands on his chest, feeling the warmth even though he was a cold, bloody vampire. Her arms travelled round his chest, exploring his six treasures before reaching up to kiss him again. He took his kisses round her face, her throat and her lips, running his arms into her hair. She felt the softness and warmth of the bed covers at her back as he pushes himself against her so that she’s flattened between him and the sheets.

That way, they wouldn't have to remain enemies till now. My mind was so preoccupied till I reached Sir Darenn's bedroom, and when I stepped inside, I saw him soundly sleeping on his bed, so I sat at the edge of his bed and gave him a peck on his forehead. The floor was carpeted in deep maroon, the rich color barely visible in the gloom. At the center of the room stood a grand canopy bed, shrouded in sheer, white curtains that lent an ethereal quality to the otherwise ominous space. The Master vampire sat in a high-backed chair near the far end of the room, his figure cloaked in shadows. He was dressed as always, in dark jeans and knee-high leather boots, a black hoodie concealing his form. His pale, angular face was partially hidden beneath a beanie, his red eyes glowing faintly in the darkness.

Several times on bed, against the wall, on the floor and even against the vast gate making sure to enjoy the thrill of having a forbidden in his arms. Staring at her asleep tried face in front of him he sighed heavily, he washed her up after his wild night with her and tugged her under the blanket he never used before. Vampire's were accustomed with staying awake all night, but they knew the art of keeping their eyes closed and fooling others that they can sleep too.

I made my way directly to Ricard’s chambers. I found him in his smaller rear chamber, stretched out upon his ornate four poster bed. Each of the bedposts was etched with incredibly detailed carvings of gargoyles and demons. The bed had no mattress, but the firm wooden platform was more than comfortable enough for a vampire. Ricard’s eyes were open, but they stared vacantly up at the cavern ceiling in what passed for vampire sleep. I stood silently in the chamber’s entrance, waiting for Ricard to acknowledge my presence. I did not have long to wait.
