That's ridiculous and I think she was wrong in her thinking Like how could she even tell he was a hybrid? You could tell a vampire apart from humans and werewolves by their skin which was slightly paler than ours and their smell. How could she tell a hybrid apart when there was literally nothing to distinguish them apart from us, unless, of course, she saw him shift to his wolf form which he didn't according to what we saw from the tower's CCTV feed? All that I saw of Eric's attacker was a figure wearing a black hooded cape that had his face expertly hidden from the camera.
