It was beautiful and haunting, filled with loneliness and longing. I turned and froze. A massive wolf stood at the edge of the clearing. Its fur was jet black with silver highlights that seemed to shimmer in the moonlight. Its eyes were the same silver as Kieran's human eyes, and they were fixed intently on me. "Kieran?" I whispered. The wolf huffed, which I took as confirmation.

Iris. Wednesday, July 30th. Two days later… Noon. All day, I haven’t had a moment’s peace from talk of the blood moon festival. Everywhere, adult werewolves and younglings chatter with excitement. Their joy claws at me, pulling me back to when I still lived in Silvaton Ridge as Iris Herewit.

Jake shrugged his shoulders, "The Werewolves of Silver Moon are famous for their hunting skills. But their Alpha has the ability to detect Lycan which is much better."

However, Rondolf understood. Rondolf smirked, his lips pursed. "Then we kill them all, Rula," he said decisively. "Lycans Pack will carry it out without hesitation. But we can't do that before a supermoon." Rondolf retorted instantly. "Lycans Pack would kill pure humans in Supermoon season." Confounded, Rula rubbed her jaw. "A supermoon?" "Mating period for werewolves. It will destroy both emotions and offspring."

And the Werewolves, who were the first children of the Moon Goddess, became the closest race to the Cohens. Whenever the Werewolves needed help and support, they could easily go to the Cohens who promptly helped them without hesitation. The Cohens fully support the Werewolves as siblings and children of the Moon Goddess but this brotherhood and bond will not last long either. As time went on, the scent of Moon Drip possessed by the Cohens became intoxicating and enticing to the Werewolves. Every time the blue light of Moon Drip touches their skin, they seem to lose their senses and become hungry until they yearn for it so that they can't stop and wake up the wild beast inside them.
