Sighing, I took one and dipped it, munching. “I’m at a good stopping point right now. If I go any deeper, it’s going to be the next six pages of this farmer explaining to his son how to correctly sheer a sheep and how it differs from sheep to goats to yaks to buffalos.”
Winter chuckled, dipping her chip. “I mean, who wouldn’t find that fascinating.”
My lips pursed in a thin line, her sarcasm coming through loud and clear. Onan chuckled and I felt a high-five between them. Rolling my eyes, I shook my head.
