I slowly started the car again to continue my journey, but I came to an abrupt stop once more when a huge animal jumped onto the hood of the car. "AHHHHHH!" I screamed, seeing that enormous black wolf staring at me and licking its lips. I honked the horn to make it go away, but nothing made it leave. It was a huge wolf. The wolf jumped off the hood of the car, circling around it, never taking its eyes off me. With trembling hands, I took out my phone and dialed my dad's number, but, great, there was no signal. I slammed the gas pedal and sped away, getting as far away as I could from that wolf.

I don’t know.” I replied, confusion creeping into my tone. “I just felt it. I don’t know how. But I know that he's my true mate. One can’t deny the connection.”

So, once in awhile, a wolf will shift and run the wild, hunt, and just be the wild animal that it is. Ever since the wolves came into the Wizard Realm, they were never allowed to run around freely. However, Harold seemed to have forgotten that wolves are just wild animals and they love their freedom. They cannot be confined. They cannot be controlled. They need to be free to run, to roam and to hunt. Now, Harold had thought that he could control the wolves. However, he made one grave mistake. He forgot that the wolves were supernatural beings. The only wolf that big was Hector's wolf, yet this wolf appeared from nowhere. Kayla's wolf was insanely strong but something about the other Wolf was suspicious. It could do more than be a wolf, it could fly above you, it could go invisible and attack from anywhere but her wolf was smart. She ended the fight in seconds, following the paw prints it made and waiting for the perfect moment to attack. When she found that moment, she pounced on the other wolf and bit its throat, clenching her sharp teeth so hard. She didn't leave the wolf until Hector started to howl and Nova appeared out of thin air.
