Their eyes glowed cold blue. Their leader, a massive male with a deep scar across his chest, stepped forward. "Elara Kane. We are the Void Walkers. We have watched your bloodline for generations. The child you carry cannot be allowed to live. It will bring the end of all packs." Mira growled and moved in front of us. "You will have to kill us first." The Void Walker leader smiled. "That was always the plan." They attacked without another word. Damien pushed me back and met the first wolf head-on. Even weak, he fought like a beast. He bit down on the attacker’s throat and refused to let go. I jumped in beside him, snapping and clawing at anything that got close.

Reyna stared at the two wolves as Robin jumped on Cain like a beast as he started clawing and biting. But Cain’s wolf didn’t seem to budge no matter how quick and strong Robin was instead, he stayed in front of her—- protecting and defending as he caught a few good kicks at Robin’s wolf.

It gave us the advantage. “ATTACK!” Wyatt said and took off to help his warriors. I have been feeling each death that was happening around the U.S. The numbers were staggering but I tried to stay focused to watch Raven take down Devin. She stalked him like a lion does his prey. Devin shifted into his wolf that was smaller than Raven but was thick with muscle. I felt Raven bring the electricity to the surface and my whole body was sending off little blue sparks as she walked to him. It caused him to pause for a second and look at them before he decided it was not anything to be concerned about.

He’s so upset, he’s fighting his wolf for control. I looked back at Dawson, “I can explain.” “I’d like to hear that explanation too.” Great, someone else is walking up behind Dawson. I closed my eyes for a minute. Shit, please don’t tell me. I bit my lower lip as he came into view. Yep, it’s the wolf. “Who the fuck are you,” Ryker yelled. I can hear someone running through the forest, but I can’t see who it is. “The name is Rowen.” He looked down at me, “What are you?”

I murmured to my self but mason being a werewolf heard and he chuckled again, saying, “Well, she's no longer a little girl now, so I guess you’ll still get your chance—" “Alpha, hunters at the borders,” Julian, one of my top warriors and head of the patrol unit, said in the mindlink, and I growled, walking out of the office with Mason following beside me. The smirk and playfulness on his face now replaced with rage and the urge to kill. We both walked out of the pack house, and as soon as we were out, I let go of control, and my wolf Zarek took over, shifting into his midnight-black wolf that had pure white paws with a white and brown-streaked tail.

Atwood Just when I thought that Noah and I wouldn’t make it, Ruby appeared. Her wolf is white, like a ghost, and she’s smaller than most other Lycans that I’ve seen. But she’s beautiful and strong and quick, and she saved my life. Her very presence gave me enough strength to fight back against the Bears.
