The Night Before I Knew Him
I swear—"
His fingertip finally brushes over me, feather-light, and my whole body jolts. My thighs press together, trapping him there.
"Rule three." His voice is gravel, low and unyielding, as he presses just enough for sparks to crackle through me. "You come when I say. Not before."
"Ahhh—" I moan into his chest, the sound ripped out of me, muffled, needy. My head shakes, frantic. "Yes, yes, I’ll wait, I’ll—"
He stops, and pulls his hand away, leaving me clenching around nothing, trembling.
His eyes pin me like knives. "Break a rule," he says, voice cold enough to burn, "and you’re done."
