The cream hardcover shone like the surface of a pearl. The letters and edges appeared as though they were lined with gold foil. It was the most exquisite book she had ever laid eyes on, much less touch. What story could it possibly contain? 'My True Soulmate.’

I’ve cornered him now. “I don’t,” he shrugged, answering quite honestly. “I won’t know what is true or not, since there’s no one that can open that book. Trust me, I’ve tried. We’ve all tried, but it’s practically impossible to.” I blinked once again, not quite sure how to take things. I hope that the book contained answers and I’m sure it does, the only problem now was to open it and him saying it cannot be opened really pulled me in for a reality check, to be honest.

Then I brought out a novel to read because it was awkward staring out the window and sipping coffee with a stranger sitting across from me staring at my face from time to time or operating his phone. “How far have you gone?” He asked “How far have I gone with the book?” “Yes,” he said smiling. “I’m still at the prologue,” I responded. “Oh, that’s chill, you seem to like thrillers, this book ‘ Kill for you,’ is an epic thriller, and only true fans of thrillers read it.” “I had no idea, I was just drawn by the book cover, but yeah I love thrillers.” “It’s a good one,” he said and I forced a smile. So he had read it before. “I could read it over and over again, it never gets old.”

I have researched over one hundred sites to try and find a little clue, but all we keep getting is 'True sole will see only' Like what the f*ck, we have no time for Yoda shit, the only true sole in our group I can think would be Macey becuase she's an Angel so hers souls 'true' or whatever shit they say. Everyone was busy sitting in Parkers library looking through the computers, through books but to no evail we found shit. I have been reading this old dusty book for about an hour now, I groaned and gave up on the book, I got up and went to go put the book back, but when I was about to put the book in the slot I saw a little door.

As you can see from the title, this isn't a chapter, however, I just wanted to clear something up. This book is true, its 100% true and infact I have left a lot of things out because it would have been too much personal stuff to share. As you read the ending and remember everything you have read so far, please, just keep in mind that this actually happened to me.

Author's note. Hey guys! Thanks for reading my Novel, My True Friend to the End. It's an important book to me. The inspiration came to me when I and my best friend broke up due to a huge misunderstanding. We realized that we weren't compatible and just had to break up. I would admit, it still hurts. I still wished that we could get back together but well I don't think that it will be possible as she has moved on and I have too I guess.
