Sitting on the edge of the luxurious bed in my beautiful room, I gripped my phone firmly, my palms so sweaty. My phone rang jolting me from my thoughts. Freds name shone brightly on the screen as it showed another call from him. After hesitating, I picked it and muttered in a whisper ."Fred. " His voice was urgent almost desperate as he as he called y name. " Abby, You've been avoiding me, where are you? "I haven't been avoiding you ."I answered but my voice was tainted by guilt." Its just that things have been difficult. " "Difficult? he asked his voice rising with rage. How does that even make sense ,Abby? You vanished and now youre married—or soon to be married—to some wealthy stranger?"

I hid behind the door of the bar's private room and signaled my best friend to stay quiet. One of Christopher Scott's friends remarked, "Christopher, Rebecca may be the Alpha King's daughter, but she's not irrational. If you deliberately keep this from her and she finds out the truth on the day she delivers the pup, what will you do if she causes a scene?" Christopher replied, his tone dismissive. "She'll be too weak during labor to cause any kind of chaos."

Her belly curved outward in a way no one could possibly miss. She was pregnant. A violent shock slammed through me, like lightning tearing straight down my spine. My knees buckled and I collapsed onto the couch. The bottle slipped from my hand, whiskey spilling all over the floor. “No… no, this can’t be real…” I dug my fingers into my hair, my voice breaking like a wounded animal. “She’s carrying Hebert’s kid… she’s actually pregnant with that bastard’s child! Why would you show me this? Are you trying to finish me off?!”

Annabeth held my hand and led me to my bed, she was precisely gentle, making sure nothing got in my way. “Annabeth, I am pregnant, not a newborn. I can take care of myself.” I complained, but she didn't seem to care. She grabbed one of the platters and dropped it close to me. “Complain one more time and I will be feeding you.” She said, stealing a chuckle from my lips. “Annabeth…” I let out a sigh. “Start eating Sloane, so you don't miss your lessons.” She completely ignored my complaint as she had been doing since I accepted my pregnancy.

“You are going to be a great-grandfather.” “Do you mean it?” Abner asked, still looking doubtful. “Or are you that excited to kick me out of your house?” Riley cracked up. She almost cried with delight at Abner’s reaction. She said, “Yes, Grandpa. I am pregnant, but we are still in the very early stage. However, Adrian and I agreed to take good care of the baby. So, we are very positive about this.” “Yahoo!” Abner stood up with his arms raised. His eyes glistened from the tears of joy as he exclaimed, “Thank you, heavens! Thank you for answering my prayers!”

Christian's POV Pregnant. Zoey was pregnant. The word still felt too big to fit inside Annabelle's bedroom, but it was real all the same. Real like her hand gripping mine. Real like the test sitting on the sink. Real like the silence that came before the moment we finally looked at each other. Our second child. Or daughter. I blinked once, like my body needed time to catch up before my soul could. I'd spent weeks chasing adrenaline. And I had just found it.

Annabelle's POV I felt like someone had shot a bullet straight at my heart. It was either I misheard or the doctor was joking. "Firstly, I'm now Miss Anabelle Spencer." I corrected with a scoff, "Lastly, you've got to be kidding me. There's no way I'm pregnant." The doctor smiled. "Really? But that would mean you are about to rewrite history because your test result shows here," he handed me a paper, "that you're pregnant!"

She shrugged before walking out of the room. She snorted as she looked at her distant friend. "No matter what you say, I won't listen. I love Gael so much and we should get married because he got me pregnant.” Maybe Brielle is just jealous because Gael got me pregnant. “She just smiled and looked at the pregnancy test in her hand again. "I'm excited to be Mrs. Ramirez." — "W-WHAT? Was what you said true Tallulah?" Caroline asked in disbelief after Tallulah confessed about her pregnancy.
