He's a big guy too, anyone would be afraid of him. He also has tattoos running all over his arms and neck and you wouldn't see him without a cigarette. He loves to smoke a lot. With Austin, he wanted a mate no matter the gender or the title. He told me all the time that he would accept that person since it was the work of the goddess to pair them together. I've never thought about things like that and I sure as shit won't be starting right now.

I turned to look at him, trying my best to keep my cool. "And he didn't booty slap you. He did." The man pointed behind me, and when I turned to look at the real cause of the commotion, my eyes widened when I saw Ashton, my best friend. The handsome guy looked at me with pleading eyes, knowing he had gotten himself into trouble. He knew I wasn't going to let him slip away easily, not until I had the chance to beat the hell out of him. "I... I swear I didn't mean to," he stuttered, his hands raised in a sign of surrender.

He says eventually, noises behind him reveal the blonde girl that Flame was arguing with earlier. “Oh please be Darius’ friend.” She grins, pushing the boy out of the way and extending her hand. “I’m Gale. Gale Winters.” “Cain Harden.” I shake her hand quickly before dropping it and turning to the boy again, attempting to be pleasant when I just want him to get the fuck out of my way. “Darius told me we were going Tree Surfing.”

“Yeah, that’s Logan Carter.” There was a round of Oh's and ahs from the group at the window. I heard my phone buzz on the table with a notification. I closed my laptop down and grabbed my things. A lot of the office stayed at the window watching as I exited. I must admit they were correct; he looked exceptional. He was wearing dark jeans, a crisp white T-shirt and a black leather jacket. He was leaning against the bonnet of a car I didn’t recognise.

My magic is still weak and I don’t know why. “Rebel!” He snarls and hurls himself at me so hard that I let go of Rebel and I am pushed through the portal. I will not leave empty handed, so I grab Austin’s collar and drag him with me. As we come through, he lands on the ground and hits his head on a rock and is passed out. I laugh evilly as Rebel realizes what's happening, “Say goodbye Rebel! I’ll take good care of him.” I close the portal, just as she is screaming, “AUSTIN!”

Austin sounded. "I am video calling you; respond to it!" Leo said this when Austin looked at his phone while accepting the video call. He pulled up the icon while accepting the call when his eyes widened, watching the most important keyframe in his life. It was a child-missing poster, and the poster had a photo of Austin. "What the heck!" "Yes, it's you!" Leo said while turning the camera toward him when his picture appeared on the screen. "Your missing poster is hanging up on the wall around this entire area!"

"Austin Perkins attends the royal gala with his wife, Zoe Packer." I looked at the page with my eyes wide open and yet it seemed like I wasn't seeing clearly. My heart was beating really fast. Zoe Packer? That's my name. My full name. Married to Austin Perkins? The father of my child? My stomach was upset as I continued to read. The article went on talking about their romance, and how perfect they looked together at the most talked about event of the year. There were pictures, Austin in a classic black tuxedo, standing beside a woman in a beautiful ball gown. A woman who looked just like me.

So I just passed by and went straight to the main door. -- For whom, wondering who Austin is, he is my toddler. He was turning four this year and in his active stage. Austin loves running and exploring a lot of things. He probably caused his teachers to get tired of following him all day. Yes. It was the teachers, not me, watching him. As much as I wanted to be by his side all the time and watch him grow, I couldn't. I had to work to provide the best life for him. Yes. I was a single fighter.

I don’t want to come off as a bitch, I just really suck at making friends. “We’ve already been here longer than we normally stay in a single place, so I’m hopeful this is our final destination,” Mavy said cheerfully. The hope in her gaze made me feel like I had to say something. “Fingers crossed you can stay. Auburn is a sweet little town. I don’t have plans on ever leaving,” I said.

Suddenly the door to the boys toilet opened and would show Austin standing in the doorway, looking surprised. ,,What's going on here?"
