He taps the screen a few times and turns it right toward my eyes. “Do not tell me you never saw a picture of Grant Walker, the biggest boss of the West Coast. You are way too calm about this, Mars! Look at him! This is Grant. He is so handsome, right? Even as a guy wolf, I can tell he is a total knockout! His face looks even better than Lane, and Lane is a real heartthrob!”

Each swig, I thought about when Trevor grabbed my hands like he meant to say something genuine to me. “You held me like you were about to lose me but you didn't want to.” I pouted till tears filled my eyes. “He's gone forever. He's gone with her.” I hit someone's back and when I turned, it's Austin. I remember him. Some hockey guy from Elliot's team. “Hey, you're cute.” I giggled. “You look amazing tonight.” He said back and offered me a vape. I hit it without thinking or asking what's in it.

Chapter 4: Awkwardness Thy Name Is Porter Outside The Main Building, Timber Creek School Of Fine Arts, Wakefield, U.S.A... First impressions had been the damnedest thing as Porter Fulton found himself moving about the vast campus of his new school still as clueless as he'd been during his first arrival. He had been walking quite a bit before running into an apparent student aid making her rounds along the campus happily assisting lost students and new students alike. She'd been quite the artistic type given that she seemed to favor her dark tie-dye shirt and blue streaks that lined her dark locks. Then he glanced back at Lexi and nearly fell off the bar. "Hey!" he said, then settled, "I mean, um, hey." Austin was wearing a pair of workout shorts and nothing else. His defined pecs and abs glistened with sweat. He was panting, the pull-ups had clearly been part of a much larger workout. Apex Lexi was her goal, but Ultimate Austin was quite a sight to behold. The older sister tried to take interest in the cold, bare concrete floor. "I'm almost done down here if you can wait. Just have to do some squats and then I'm going to hit the shower."

His mom ran away with him as a child, and seeing as his father followed them, wanting to kill them, dad took them both under his wing” Alexei said, entering the room. Artur took a step back and smiled, nodding at Alexei. “It was a pleasure meeting you, Scarlett” he said, looking me in the eye. “The pleasure is mine, thank you” I said, nodding at him. He walked out of the room, not saying a word as Alexei approached me, his eyes studying my expression, almost frightened, before he sat on the edge of the bed.

Wondering if I should run while I could. If he came out of that room squeezing a spurting needle, I was out. I'd scream deuces and run straight to Logan's. I decided. But when Porter emerged he was shirtless. Pulling on a black button up as fast as he stepped from the doorway. But not before I got a delicious glimpse of shining tan flesh covered in chest tattoos including a cross necklace. His shoulders each had dark designs I didn't get to inspect before they were covered. I couldn't help that my greedy eyes set on a ridged abdomen that looked like it had been carved into stone by the hands of Aphrodite.

“Let’s get this meeting underway someplace else. Do you have another person you can call so you’re not alone and surrounded by Bratva men?” Vicente chuckles. “It’s just me and don’t worry, Bratva wolves do not scare me since I grew up with a demon for a father,” he says and takes my hand, squeezing it firmly. I decide then that I like this man, so I tell Viktor to take Alexei home while I walk with him to The Slip a few doors down. My clothing has burned to shit; my dress shirt and suit pants are all tattered, my hair singed and soot all over my fucking face.

He looked at Austin immediately " and you, you are suspended" "But sir you can't do that" "Oh I just did, now take your things and leave." Austin picked up his things showing no signs of remorse or trying to plead his case. He felt so angry at the world, he wanted to just end everything and everyone. He just needed peace and the only place he had in mind was his mother's grave.

Asher asked, his eyebrow lifted. “Clint Armstrong is grieving the murder of his son and has been thoroughly put in his place.” I promised him, but the flicker of animalistic fury in his eyes made me pause. The strange emotion made his pupils grow and the golden tones shrink. I narrowed my eyes, “I mean it. He’s been punished enough.” Just when I thought that flicker might turn into a full born forest fire, it vanished. Asher smirked softly, “…yes, Luna.” My heart skipped a beat, and some of my earlier irritation faded.

He wished he could show his portrait to the world to see, but sadly he isn't one to against his father. He sighed getting up from the stool. Walked out of the room, locked the door behind him and head straight to the sitting room. He took the remote and out on the TV. His eyes bulged out in shock, staring at the person on the TV.
