I buried my face in my hands, wishing the ground would swallow me whole.
Thank God I didn’t have Roman’s contact information. All I could do now was hope he’d pretend last night never happened.
I dragged myself out of bed and headed to the bathroom. Staring at my reflection in the mirror, I couldn’t help but wince. My eyes were red and puffy, my complexion pale. It was a picture-perfect image of a heartbroken mess.
