“Ja, making it uglier.” Bratha huffed as her pine green eyes rolled over the crowd coming to greet her. The slight sneer on her lips only widened as her eyes met the pair standing on the platform with idle recognition. Lady Funda stiffened, meeting her eyes as her portly husband, Lord Charles, adjusted his glasses as they moved, ready to greet them as they approached.
“You, Majesty, welcome to Nochten.” Lady Funda began to bow, but Bratha cut her off, snorting thickly before turning to her daughter.
