Drake's POV Reaching the location that resonated with my power, I spotted a man in a dark cape walking alongside Alpha Kevin. I couldn't discern his face, and I couldn't get too close without alerting Alpha Kevin and Beta Ted, making me appear as if I were spying on them.

"You can't go, Apollo! It's too dangerous! The Rogues could end up killing you!" He turned to her, his tone cold and indifferent. "Fighting the Rogues is my duty. Not to mention, they killed my mate. I'll never let them go." She screamed in anger, "You're doing all this for Nora! What's so special about her that you'd risk your life just to find her?" Apollo slung his backpack over his shoulder and said only one thing, "She's my destined mate. She's irreplaceable." With that, he led his team and flashed out of the pack, vanishing from sight in an instant.

(VERA’s POV) As for Apollo, he was also making new friends at school. He had met a boy named Lucas, who shared his love of adventure and exploration. The two of them would spend hours talking about their favorite books and movies, and they would often go on adventures together. Lucas was a bit of a wild child, always looking for the next big thrill. But he was also kind and loyal, and Apollo adored him. I was happy to see Apollo thriving, but I was also a little wary of Lucas's influence. He seemed like a good kid, but I knew that he could also be a bit of a troublemaker.
