How she has gone through surgery and now has a short life span of one to two years. Her friends were bewildered by her confession and tried to comfort her. They reassured her and made her realize that if there is life, there is still hope. Doctors can only try their best to save human lives, but only the Almighty can do and undo. They told her to pray and hope for the best. To them, a chicken that hasn't died can still eat grains, which implies that Grace can still live longer than the speculated time. Anything is possible as God is involved, but it seems their thoughts did not rally with that of Grace.

"Though as entertaining this is, the affairs of the still living are none of my concern. You'll have to speak to my opposite; Life." "So how do I find Life?" I asked, and Death shrugged, twirling his scythe as if it were a baton. "No clue. I deal with matters of death." "...you're of no help, you know that?" "I've upheld my deal, so I think I've helped way more than necessary. I'm just glad I didn't go fishing for your soul. Otherwise, I would've declined." My jaw drops at his comment, and he shrugs, fading away.

Meanwhile in Philosophy, living is having a purpose in life or an overall vision or attitude towards life. There are many definitions or descriptions of living, but they all have just one thought. For me, what is living? I certainly don't know or have any idea of what is living despite of those, I still couldn't understand what it's saying or what it's telling me. Because, how can you understand if your life has no purpose or direction. I wanted to experience being alive. Living with having a goal leading you to an imaginary final destination. Creating or drawing a picture in your mind of yourself achieving your dreams. Being to know the right path for you; that you won't even work half as h

Lisa's POV Life is often overlooked and seen as insignificant. People have formed the habit of forgetting how precious each and every life is. Maybe it's because they have over a century to live, or maybe it's because they believe once they find their one true love, life becomes meaningful. Before that, it didn't hold much. It seems what has become important is the right to have happiness, not life itself.
