I followed her into the kitchen to see Turner on the phone. "Turner, I am bored. When are Alicia and Gary coming home?" Gwendoline asked. "I don't know, but I have a surprise for you out in the woods," Turner said "A surprise for me?" Gwendoline said with a smile "Yes, so why don't you wait for me in the backyard while I finish this call," Turner replied Okay, I love you, Turner," Gwendoline said "Yeah, yeah, now go outside," Turner replied, and she went outside.

I give her the instructions on what she needs to do. I watch her walk out of the shop. I have a terrible feeling that all of this is going to come crashing down around me. I see Meadow pass Gwen on the street, watching her as she goes. Gwen doesn’t even seem to notice Meadow, so excited with her spell. When Meadow comes in, she looks at me. “So, what did the Bitchy Beta want this time?” She asks. “She brought me what I needed to finish the spell.” I say, watching as Gwen gets in her car and takes off.

“She’s dead. What I need is proof. A body. Something tangible to show that she’s truly gone.” The memory of Gwendolyn’s last moments burned in my mind like a brand. Her defiance, her fiery spirit... it was infuriating how much space she still occupied in my thoughts. She was supposed to be my victory, my trophy. Instead, she had become a thorn in my side, even in death. “You have until the end of the week,” I said coldly, standing up. “If there’s no progress, I’ll assume you’re incapable of carrying out even the simplest of tasks.”

I pleaded but Chloe's silence was so audible a reply. "He did," someone said but it wasn't Chloe and we both turned in the direction the voice came. "Gwendolyn!" I hissed but she shrugged and with her head held high, she smirked and took dangerous slow strides towards us while Chloe hurriedly ran behind me for safety. "Mhmm," Gwendolyn hummed, sizing us up in disgust. "Anyway, I decide to walk down here to personally invite you to join in serving my guests at my wedding which is to take place by the fifth night fall." She said in confidence, "that would give you enough time to familiarize with the maids before finally joining them." She smirked.

The witch replied. Rowena stood in front of Jaden. "If anyone wants to kill him, they have to get to me first!" Jaden looked confused. What is wrong with this coffee lady? He asked himself. "Gwendolyn," "Gwendolyn, right?" Rowena asked, staring at her in disgust. "How do you know my name?" asked Gwendolyn, the purple-streaked witch, looking surprised for a second. "Well it doesn't matter...let's end this thing."

She had reading glasses perched on her nose as she knitted a sweater. "Grandma, why aren't you in bed yet?" Wendy walked over to her. "Wendy, you're just in time. I've knitted you a little vest. Try it on and see if it fits." Glinda tied off the last thread and carefully draped the vest over Wendy's shoulders. "Oh, Mrs. Glinda, it fits her perfectly," Freddy said with a smile.

Over the past few days, Sean had been taking Anita around the world to make up for the honeymoon she had missed. Coincidentally, they were also currently on Eme Island. I shook my head with a faint smile and blocked Sean on every platform. Then, I got up and walked toward the altar where Ethan was waiting. This time, I, the professional stand-in, was going to be unprofessional and make the act real. "Honey, when the one-month contract expires, and Sean finds out you're married, what kind of expression do you think he'll have?" Ethan asked. "I wonder if he'll really lose his mind?"
