the Dj suddenly changed the beat to slow and tense music. I don't know if it is the music or not but I can see the sudden change in his expression. it shifts from a goofy one to a serious one. It looks more intense than it has ever been. he begins to stare down at me and I wonder why the change in demeanour. I don't know why but I begin to feel butterflies in my stomach. I don't know why I suddenly begin to notice how attractive he is. not that I didn't notice earlier but his lips begin to look sexier as he stares down at me.

He smacks the whip down on my back 1... 2... 3... excrutiating times. I take a big gulp of fresh air trying to get out of my memories. " Sit down and take it bitch! " he says unbuckling his pants. Why can't I get out? I can't breathe. He forces himself inside my throat. I couldn't breathe. I grab my throat desperately trying to breathe. Tears running down my face. He grabs my head and pulses it down on him.

She looked at me in a daze. "Did I get him?" she mumbled. "Yeah, baby. You got him good, now lets take care of you." I replied as I applied pressure to the wound. "Their are two ambulances on the way." Dad called as he rushed over. Hound and Jackal were elevating her leg while Dad helped me with the pressure. "He can't hurt them anymore..." Ruby mumbled as her eyes rolled back in her head. "Ruby, baby. You have to stay awake. Please stay awake. Look at me baby." I pleaded. She looked at my face and a ghost of a smile washed over her.

Evelyn Kane’s eyelids fluttered the darkness that had enveloped her mind slowly receding like the tide. The sensation of weightlessness, the numbness that had kept her in its grasp, began to fade. Her senses returned in fragments: the steady beep of a heart monitor, the cool, sterile scent of antiseptic, and the soft hum of machinery. She was aware of the faint pressure of a breathing tube down her throat, the restrictive feeling of the IV line in her arm.

Felix felt his heart beating so fast that he could hear his heartbeat in his ears. He walked back to his security room and standing by the bed. His hand on his chest. What is happening!??

Swiftly flicking his cigarette, he forcefully turned the steering wheel in the opposite direction, causing the car to spin in circles around the girl. On the other side, Hiya, with her heart pounding, witnessed a black Mercedes approaching rapidly. Overwhelmed with fear, she clasped her hands over her ears and shut her eyes tightly, anticipating an imminent tragedy. In that moment, she believed it was her last day in this world, facing an inevitable and untimely demise.

“Clear.” Another internal jolt. The monitor caught, hiccuped, then strung itself into a slow sinus line. “Rhythm,” Lindsay breathed. “Sinus forty-two… forty-eight… BP coming up—seventy-eight systolic.” “Resume ventilations,” Yuen said. “Keep the norad. Start the next unit.” The tone forested back into beeps. The room exhaled. Kim’s shoulders dipped a fraction, then squared. “Field’s dry. Let’s finish the repair.”
