Rivals In Love

Rivals In Love

Why is everyone rejecting me, Adam? You want to send me off too? Like I don’t matter?” “Sofia…” Adam whispered, taking her face gently in his hands. Her tears soaked his palms as she sobbed uncontrollably. “You know how much I love you, how much I’ve wanted this,” he began, his voice steady but pained. “But not like this, Sofia. Not when you’re hurting like this. You’re not in the right state of mind, and I don’t want to take advantage of that. You’re too important to me.” She shook her head again, her hands trembling as she grabbed his and guided them to her dress. “Defile me, Adam,” she choked out, her voice raw and desperate ********** Two families, one battlefield. For generations, the Kavanaughs and the Monteros have been at war, boardrooms clashing, businesses sabotaged, and grudges passed down like family heirlooms. At the Worldwide CEO Summit, however, the game changes. Arrogant, driven Adam Kavanaugh expects to spar with his lifelong rival, Mateo Montero. Instead, he’s blindsided by a fierce and captivating substitute, Sofia Montero. Bold, brilliant, and beautiful, Sofia is everything he wasn’t prepared for and everything he can’t seem to resist. * Adam and Sofia fought for their love but the family Rivalry fought against them. The families discovered that Sofia was already carrying Adam's offspring….not just one but two…….Twins In a world where love is the ultimate vulnerability, can Adam and Sofia bridge the chasm of rivalry? Or will the sins of their families condemn them to a love that was never meant to be? Will the children involved change anything? This is a tale of hate turned passion, family legacies in turmoil, and the cost of choosing love over loyalty.

A splash of reality, never jump to conclusions as we don't know what people are going tru in life that might get them in a position to lie. On the other hand not all lies are acceptable and should be avoided as it can ruin friendships and families. An amazing novel by far!

Wow, I really like Aria. She's someone we can relate to and seems very down to earth... not like other stories on here. I think that's what I really like about this story. It seems like something that can happen in real life. Great start! Very well written!!

Enemy Mine (Unseen Enemy 3)

Enemy Mine (Unseen Enemy 3)

When she took his hand and pressed it between her thighs, he froze. Again, he looked at her, checking to make sure she was OK. Her hand was on top of his, her legs spread, her hips making small circles against his palm. “Baby? Are you sure?” “Yes.” “Jenny.” He took her chin and forced her eyes to meet his. “Completely sure?” “Yes.” She kissed him, her mouth hot and hungry. “Yes.” Chris pressed gently on her pussy, felt her incredible heat. With one finger, he found her through the material and she arched under him. Holy fuck, she’s so wet. So turned on. Oh, God, help me. **** Six years ago, Jennifer Sawyer survived something that nearly destroyed her. Now she’s rebuilt her life: successful restaurant, loyal friends, laughter reclaimed. Fighting Love (Fighting For Love 3)

Fighting Love (Fighting For Love 3)

He pulled back, his hands on either side of her face. “Look at me, sugar.” She opened her eyes. “I’m not a gentle man, Reena, but I can be. I’ll be gentle with you, I promise.” He ran the tip of his finger along her full lower lip, over the tiny scar that Simon’s violence had left there. “I’m not like – like him. I’d never hurt you. Not ever.” “I know.” “Let me take you to my bed and show you, babe. Let me love you.” **** Reena Mackay has been taken advantage of one time too many. This latest betrayal leaves her broke, betrayed, and possibly homeless. So when she’s offered a chance to split rent with Mitch Corrigan – a pro fighter desperate to escape a roach-infested hotel – she takes it. Survival leaves little room for caution. Mitch is dangerous by trade and forged by a brutal past. He expects to want women who look fearless. Instead, he’s blindsided by his attraction to Reena: soft-spoken, blue-eyed, and far stronger than she appears. He wants to protect her. Claim her. Keep her safe from a world that keeps hurting her. But Mitch knows fairy tales aren’t real... and women like Reena don’t choose men like him. He’s wrong. Reena understands violence better than he ever will, and her faith in people is hard-won courage. When a so-called Prince Charming shatters her trust, Mitch is the one who stands between her and the dark. The question is whether she’ll risk her heart one more time... and whether Mitch can be her forever, or at least her now.

Corrupted Knight

Corrupted Knight

Ankita Kundu
Regan It started the day in senior high, a game of revenge that I was unaware of at that time. He starts the battle of the unknown me, a girl with a lost memory against him, a handsome bully with his demons. I thought he would forgive me for what I did to the only person who was everything to him. It wasn't intentional, yet he didn't miss a chance to hurt me where it hurt the most. I knew that I was the only one to blame here. I believed it was all my fault. Then I left something that I wished I didn't have. . Lincoln The emotions and forceful resistance I had built around my heart before, now I see them breaking into several pieces. That's what I thought until it wasn't after that reality was drawn to my mind. But still, that hole in the heart one can't fix after losing the only family one ever had. I wanted to change it, to move on with my life. Those games I have played to push away people who cared for me now tire me shitless. I even felt awful about hurting that girl more when she was never at fault. I wasn't even in my right mind to see the effort she put into healing me until. . .it was too late. She left, disappeared like she never existed in my life. Her action turned me into something that no one had seen coming. Years later, I ran into her again, who saved me from becoming my worst enemy. What happened to my sister wasn't her fault, and I no longer want to punish us both for it. I am letting go of all those grudges. And I won't let anything stop me from getting what I want.

A Child Denied, A Husband Destroyed

A Child Denied, A Husband Destroyed

I'm eight months pregnant, and I suddenly go into early labor. But my husband, Aldrich Lohan, locks me up in the basement and gives me a tocolytic injection to stop my labor instead. He does all these just to ensure that his sister-in-law's baby is born before mine, so that my child won't fight for the inheritance rights. "Anton saved my life," Aldrich says, referring to his elder brother. "But now, he's gone, succeeded only by the baby in Chrissy's womb. I must let her baby inherit all the rights. Chrissy lost everything, but you're still here, enjoying everything I'm giving you like you're entitled to them. So what if you compromise a little bit for her sake?" The contractions in my lower body are hurting more than I can bear. I'm on the verge of passing out as I grab on to the hem of his pants and beg, "I swear that I won't let my child claim his inheritance rights! Please, just send me to the hospital. My child will die otherwise!" However, Aldrich just kicks me aside. "Chrissy has been pregnant for nine months. How can you be giving birth in just eight months? How would I know whether or not you're just inducing birth on purpose? I don't care. I won't let anyone steal the inheritance rights from Chrissy's baby, even if there's just a minuscule percentage of it happening." In the end, Chrissy successfully gives birth to her child, and it's only after that that Aldrich finally remembers me in the basement. "Bring Kelsey to the hospital and make them bring out the best medical equipment to ensure the safe birth of my child." His personal assistant, Edgar Salome, shivers as he says, "But Mr. Lohan… Mrs. Lohan and her child have both died…"
