"Then you should keep your nose out of our business." He lifted one brow. "Or what? Are you threatening me? Are you really that dumb?" Killam wanted to take that last question back, but he couldn't. Zak clenched his jaw. His eyes didn't quite bulge, but Killam could feel the hate rolling off the man. "Friends!" Killam glanced at the entry. Jabby grinned at him, eyes hidden by reflective sunglasses. He wore slacks and some sort of silk shirt held together by one or two buttons.

Shrushaw took off her hood and greeted a young burly man who was shifting some heavy boxes. "Well, look who we have here. The former Oracle." He joked. "Hello, Jack," Shrushaw said. "What brings you here?" He asked while continuing to shift the boxes. "I need to smuggle out someone across the sea, " Shrushaw said crisply. Jack nearly laughed out loud. A sudden inspiration had just come to him." And know what my price will be," he said cryptically. "What?" Markesh asked, his eyes shining with curiosity. Jack chuckled. "Let me think about it first. Your promise of freedom and restoration of Shambhala hasn't worked out well so far."
