Jax’s car—sleek, black, and undeniably expensive—waited outside. We slid into their seats, and soon enough, the bright lights of Luna Crest Park came into view. The Ferris wheel glowed in the distance, the neon sign of the Neon Nights Arcade flickering just ahead. Sophie and I agreed games would be a good double date idea, and Luna Crest Park, according to research, was the best place for that.
