“Leave him to me.” Ever so gently, as if he were lifting a torn petal, Jeff picked Jane up and held her close to his chest. Everything about him screamed tenderness, even as he adjusted her weight in his arms. I bit down on my tongue. I hated when other men touched her. Suddenly, Alpha David’s stupid Mars house idea, with its filtered air, didn’t seem so ridiculous. Seeing this display made me want to chew Jeff up and spit him out. I wanted to throw Jane in the lake again and scrub his scent off her. “Not Mars house， it's Crystal house！ Crystal！use your brain，Hunter！” My wolf rolled his eyes.

Jane sighed, sat up and bowed, seemingly thinking of a comprehensive strategy to make their big plan successful. Despite the pleasure Jester felt because his wish to legally claim his beloved had also been fulfilled, he did not know the whole plan of his ex-wife on his wedding day.
